The check-in was a bit busy as many guests arrived at the same time. However, the staff stayed friendly and professional, which I really appreciated.
The room was clean and well maintained. The location is very central, and I always felt safe when going out to the city in the evening. The beds were very comfortable and I slept very well.
Location was convenient. Decor and style is very modern. Hotel staff while checking in was exceptionally nice. Since you couldn't walk around the bed it was nice I could control the blinds with a switch.
Insufficient noise isolation from outside, bring ear plugs. Bed was super super firm, which just isn't my preference. Between the noise outside and the firm bed I slept poorly.
Everything in the room is electronically controlled which is cool, but the ipad was already about dead throwing battery errors and the dock wouldn't charge it. I imagine I could have gone down to the lobby for an assist on that, but I was too tired to bother.

Rooms are clean, and bed of good quality. Quick self-service check-in and check-out process.
Breakfast is industrial and tasteless, really not worth it. The hotel does not feel welcoming. It is simply practical, but for the same price, there are better options around.
