Pros:

Das Hotel ist Zentral am Union Square gelegen, die Cablecar Station ist gleich um die Ecke. Somit ist man dirdkt mittendrin.Wir sind mit dem Bart train vom Flughafen gekommen. Wenn man an der Powell Street aussteigt, ist man in 5 Minuten im Hotel.

Das Frühstück im Hotel ist super, das können wir nur empfehlen.

Cozy rooms in central location of San Francisco at Union Square
Pros:

Location, Personnel, Security in front of the hotel and the rooms were extraordinarily fine! We felt welcomed and had a great time staying there!

Cons:

Communication through booking regarding the flight delay way off.

Pros:

The location, privacy, cleanliness, checkin and checkout were all superb. A compact yet comfy room for stay if traveling solo/couple.

Cons:

The noise from the shower in the unit right above was significantly noticeable. Breakfast was nice overall, but variety could be added to the main courses. It were scrambled eggs, bacon, toasted potato and hot dogs all through the five breakfasts that were inclusive in the room. There was good variety though on the sides from cheese, ham, honey, walnuts to smoked salmon, and cereals. Honestly, these are really minor aspects that can always be reviewed and improvised. CitizenM is a great place to overall!!

Nice relaxing stay in the good part of SanFo
Pros:

Location is very ideal, close to Union Square. I've stayed with Citizen M in Geneva and the room has this same familiar layout. I requested for an early check-in and was given as several rooms were available. Rooms always tidy, clean and functional. Bfast has a good selection of hot food, fruits, cereals and coffee.

Cons:

The first room I was allocated had some issues with the control to the blinds not working. Maintenance was sent and after waiting for 3 hours was told to switch rooms. Not that bad but housekeeping should have known on the issue and just the inconvenience of moving around.

There is no kettle or facilities to make coffee in the room. They do have them at reception till 11am, after which there is no facility to make your own coffee.
