Great Location, Better Staff
Pros:

Wonderful service. Particularly at the lobby bar on the third floor. When checking in, we got there a bit before the time and after dropping our luggage off, the kind and friendly staff let me know when the room was available earlier. Rebekah was lovely and super attentive at the lobby bar. Overall a wonderful experience. The rooms are clean and compact, but the staff are fantastic. Highly recommended.

Citizen M Bar, you owe me nothing!
Pros:

Rebekah was a lovely bartender! She was super sweet and just the right amount of personal. Kitty made us feel super special and welcome at the bar when we first arrived. Definitely recommend the bar it’s a wonderful time! rosemary fries,
prosciutto pizza, blueberry bliss, and citizen jasmine, you have my heart <3

Pros:

Staff was amazing and helpful. Location was great to get on public transportion to different parts of the city.
Room is nice, small, met our needs. Nice vibe in the bar/living room area. Would recommend!

Noise by construction woken up at 7am 2x times ina row
Pros:

Hotel is good but the windows are thin so you hear every sound from outside in your room. There is much construction next to hotel so you get awake at 7am. Old building next to citizenm so this noise will take a long time. Ok on sunday but noise rest of the week.

Best experience- fantastic staff, kudos to Lorenzo
Pros:

Amazing. Can I please give Lorenzo a shout out for attentiveness, kindness, helpfulness, and just all around a great person to know. Lorenzo is the reason people live to travel. All the staff was spectacular- but Lorenzo would even give advice planing a days travels, give advice about public transportation, and fun things to do. Just amazing. The entire experience was fabulous. Fun, organized, helpful- and goung above and beyond.

Wonderful stay
Pros:

Love the CitizenM at Union Square. A new concept hotel by Marriott. The staff is very friendly. The bartender Rebecca is awesome.
