Great Hotel in Super Location in Union Square
Pros:

I’ve stayed here 3 times previously. The location is excellent for cable cars, public transit and restaurants. The cable car turnaround is a 2 minute walk from the hotel. I love all the color and art in this hotel. The staff was super friendly and helpful. There is a doorman at the main entrance which is great for late arrivals.

Cons:

Only negative is there was a strong odor of mold or mildew in my bathroom.

Great stay would stay in another citizen M as they get the job done and are nice and convenient.
Pros:

Great Location for Union Square area. Lovely rooms that had everything we needed slightly small but we expected this. was cosy in a way. Great friendly staff and clean facilities. Decently equipped Gym also.

Cons:

Price was slightly less competitive than other hotels in the area but the cleanliness and facilities and convenience made up for the price.

Perfect.
Pros:

I liked everything about the property. Location, cleanliness & a big shout out to the excellent staff. Would definitely stay again.

Cons:

Just a word of advice to everyone…don’t walk more than a block west into the Tenderloin. It is confronting a feels unsafe. This is not evident at citizenM & there are 24 hour security guards on the door.

Chambres minuscules mais confortables
Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé, à deux minutes du BART et du métro, proche de plein de restaurants et autres commerces. Chambre propre à l'arrivée et globalement confortable, bien organisée quoi minuscule.

Cons:

C'est très branché, un peu trop pour moi. On s'enregistre et on gère son départ soi-même sur des tablettes, processus qui marche plus ou moins bien, mais heureusement il y a un préposé présent pour aider. Idem pour le iPad dans la chambre qui contrôle tout, des lumières à la télé en passant par les stores. Ça fonctionne bien, mais il faut aimer ce genre de truc. Quoique l'espace soit bien organisé et optimisé, les chambres sont vraiment minuscules. Seul, ça allait à peu près, quoi que impossible de manger et travailler sur mon ordinateur en même temps. À deux, ça aurait été plutôt inconfortable. J'avais demandé un "ménage léger" de la chambre après la deuxième nuit, mais celui-ci n'a pas été effectué.

Pleasant but could have been better
Pros:

Convenient location for my event.

Cons:

Had stated previously at another city so rebooked. Paid extra for a high view room, view was obstructed. Everything is controlled with an iPad and the iPad was not able to hold a charge so I had to wait up to turn the lights off. No shampoo in the bathroom. Black out curtains did not come down correctly so there was light coming through.

Pros:

Hotel w doskonałej lokalizacji, obok Market St. i Union Square. Zameldowanie i wymeldowanie bez tradycyjnej recepcji, szybkie i wygodne, na miejscu jest też obsługa do pomocy. Hotel nowy, czysty, pokój bardzo wygodny choć mały (ale wystarczający), duże łóżko, dobre komsetyki prysznicowe i ręczniki. Smart system do zarządzania roletami i światłem. Polecam bardzo, szczególnie na samotne wypady.

Cons:

Brak czajnika, kawy, szklanek. Ale dla mnie to nie był istotny mankament.
