Absolute Service Enttäuschung - hohe Booking-Bewertung unverständlich!
Pros:

Beim Insula Boutique Hotel handelt es sich um ein nettes Hotel der oberen Mittelklasse, einige der Zimmer wie mein Zimmer Nr. 10 mit einer Dachterrasse und einem Whirlpool mit Blick auf die Terra Murata, das Meer und die Kũste Neapels mit dem Vesuv sind sehr schön! Pool und Garten sind ansprechend!
Lunch - einmal bei Anreise probiert - war gut, der dazu gereichte Weißwein leider ungenießbar!

Cons:

Was mir im Gegensatz zu vielen Aufenthalten in italienischen Hotels hier völlig gefehlt hat, war herzliche Gastfreundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit & Servicementalität gegenüber dem Gast! Als Gast fühlte man sich hier als “störendes Element”, Interaktion, Rückfragen, Empfehlungen oder jegliche Proaktivität seitens des Hotels: Fehlanzeige!

Das Frühstück ist selbst für italienische Verhältnissen sehr dürftig: Es gibt ein “Buffet” aus verschiedenen Kuchen süssen Brötchen, etwas Obst, einer Salamisorte, etwas Parmesan und 3 Joghurts! Keines Gebäcke machte einen richtig frischen und guten Eindruck! “Saft” kann man sich aus dem Tetrapack an der Theke selbst einschenken. Wenigstens kann man sich Eierspeisen frisch zubereiten lassen!
Abends ist das Restaurant nicht geöffnet und man ist auf sich alleine gestellt:

Es fehlen einfach zu viele Details, die anderswo selbstverständlich sind:

- Zimmerservice, der täglich genügend Artikel für das Badezimmer erneuert , z.B Toilettenpapier
- Tissue Tücher im Badezimmer
- Flaschenöffner, um die Flaschen aus der Minibar auch öffnen zu können
- Satelliten-TV mit internat. und nicht ausschließlich italienischen Kanälen
- Ein funktionierendes WLAN, das nicht bei jeden Regen/Wind 90% Performance verliert
- Kaffee- & Teemöglichkeiten auf dem Zimmer
- Ein Bademantel auf dem Zimmer, um den Whirlpool auf der Dachterrasse auch im Herbst genießen zu können.

Aber das absolute Highlight fand ich in meiner letzten Nacht in meinem Bett vor, eine kleine Ameisestraße queer durch das Bett verlaufend…

Great place to unwind
Pros:

The location is great, and the staff super friendly. We loved the room, the garden and pool and both breakfast and lunch was very fresh and well cooked. The staff was also cooking great gluten free options. They pampered us for the entire stay

Das Insula Hotel ist ein ansprechendes, schön gebautes Haus. Die gesamte Anlage ist als gut gelungen zu bezeichnen, die Lage hervorragend.

Cons:

Das Frühstück wird jedoch den Bewertungen, welche andere Gäste abgegeben haben, nicht im Entferntesten gerecht. Eher minimalistisch gehalten, von einem zu erwartenden Buffet eines 4-Stern-Hauses weit entfernt. Auch der vom Hotel gegen Aufpreis (EUR 80,-- p. Person) organisierte Transfer vom Flughafen entspricht nicht den Angaben in der Buchung und noch weniger dem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, welches man eigentlich erwartet. Ebenso wurden uns Ausflüge (Ischia, Neapel, Pompej, Capri, Vivara) weder angeboten und auch nur auf nachdrückliche Anfrage hin (Vivara) organisiert.

Cons:

Dirty rooms, air conditioner did not work, ants in the room including bed. We altered the staff at 5pm via email, text and phone and they never responded. Terrible night!

Locatie intima, moderna ,amplasata f bine ,in mijlocul insulei ,la egala distanta de orice obiectiv/punct de interes ,la 30 min de mers pe jos (pe insula nu poti ajunge cu masina,dar este transport in comun, sunt biciclete electrice de inchiriat,scootere sau masini cu 2 locuri ), materiale de f buna calitate, atentie deosebita la detalii, super dus , piscina, jacuzzi, masaj apa, pool bar, sezlonguri ,gradina .

Het uitzicht vanop de twee terrassen was fenomenaal!! Een prachtig en verzorgd zwembad ook. De kamer was mooi en netjes….

Cons:

Het ontbijt was een beetje eentonig en vooral gericht op zoetigheden. We hadden op voorhand lactose-intolerantie vermeld en hier was geen rekening mee gehouden. Na nogmaals de vraag te stellen ter plaatse heeft men wel yoghurtjes voorzien, lactosevrije melk of kaas of zoetigheden waren er niet, waardoor de keuze wel heel erg beperkt werd…dit zou je toch wel verwachten van zo’n exclusief hotel. Personeel was zeker wel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. 😊

Great Choice
Pros:

Lovely hotel, an easy walk to most places, with friendly staff. Clean room, with fresh towels each day, there were ants but the staff were quick to deal with them. Nice pool area, drinks were a little expensive compared to most other places on the island but a good size and the food was really good - the lemon pesto pasta with muscles and gnocchi in particular! Breakfast was basic but good, I would recommend staying here.

Fantastisk opphold hos de skjønne damene på Insula Hotel. Rent, nydelig hage og lyse, fine rom. Bra beliggenhet med gåavstand til hele øya. Om vi må sette fingeren på noe kunne det gjerne vært tomat og agurk på frokostbuffeten 😊

Super consigliato
Pros:

Ottima posizione al centro dell'isola, tutte le spiagge raggiungibili a piedi in max 20 minuti. La struttura è davvero ben tenuta, camere pulite e confortevoli, ampio giardino con molte sdraio a disposizione, staff meraviglioso. La colazione punta più sulla qualità rispetto alla quantità, Il ristorante è aperto solo a pranzo ma assolutamente da provare. Siamo rimasti molto contenti per la disponibilità dopo il check out con deposito bagagli, utilizzo della piscina e degli spogliatoi in cui poter anche fare la doccia e cambiarsi prima della partenza. Grazie ancora a tutto lo staff per l'accoglienza!
