Every team member we encountered was genuinely warm and helpful, whether it was the front desk staff who checked us in with a smile, the housekeeping team who kept our room spotless, or the concierge who provided excellent local recommendations.

Cons:

Staff doesn’t speak english. Restaurant service is one of the worse I have experienced. Food is good but waited for 1.30 hours. Restaurant was empty, out of 7 colleagues food came for 6 and came by waves. Drinks only arrived 40 min after orders with the 3rd request.
