Pros:

petit dej assez complet.
les heures sont correcte
la réceptionniste à l'écoute.
par contre les couvert ne sont pas placé à toute les table ronde de 2 personnes il faut donc aller en prendre ailleurs .

A lot of potential, poor execution, behind on maintanance

Een modern, fris en schone hotel accommodatie - centraal gelegen. Een aanrader!
Pros:

Het ontbijt was goed: uitgebreid, divers en vers. De locatie was in het hotel restaurant en ook dat was goed. Het was enkel bij aankomst van de ontbijtlocatie dat er geen ondersteuning was. Geen registratie, geen korte uitleg als nieuwe hotelgast over hoe het ontbijtbuffet werkt. Het gaf geen gastvrije, welkom ontvangst.

Heel fijn ontspannen verblijf.
Pros:

Goede,gratis parkeermogelijkheden.
De elektrische fietsen mochten maar binnen voor de nacht.
Een fantastisch uitgebreid ontbijt .
Heel vriendelijk personeel .
Goed vertrekpunt om te fietsen langs de Leie .
Kamers ook bij het boeken van 2 nachten opnieuw schone handdoeken .
Airco pluspunt bij 32 graden!

Een rustig en aangenaam verblijf met als afsluiter een lekker ontbijt.
Pros:

Ontbijt was heel erg uitgebreid en lekker.

Cons:

Enkel de badkamer met name de douche vonden wij iets minder handig. Het badkamer werd heel snel, heel erg nat aangezien er geen wand ofzo is rond de douche.

Zeer goed!
Pros:

Goed bereikbaar met openbaar vervoer. Alles op wandelafstand. Zeer goed ontbijt. Personeel vriendelijk, onder andere onmiddellijk geholpen om een extra hoofdkussen te bezorgen.

Cons:

Een paar details: geen doos zakdoekjes en geen toiletborstel in de badkamer.
Een waterkoker met thee/koffie op de kamer zou het helemaal afmaken.

teleurstellend
Pros:

niets was uitzonderlijk voor de prijs. alles was gewoon wat je mag verwachten

Cons:

het inchecken gaat altijd rommelig daar, boeking gedaan met creditcard toch nog borg betalen.
nu moet ik erachteraan om mijn 200 euro terug te krijgen
vriend met 6 kamers moest 6x pinnen ieder kamer apart
het was druk bij het ontbijt maar dat weet je van tevoren als het hotel vol zit, maar er werd te langzaam bijgevuld.
het buffet is ook niet optimaal gesitueerd, een heel lang buffet onoverzichtelijk en gedeeltelijk loop je vlak langs tafeltjes .
hotel is gewoon goed maar onvoldoende voor de prijs en voor een leuke beleving

only came to this hotel because it was near to the competition venue.
Pros:

breakfast was adequate, but limited.

Cons:

the no booking in till 3pm and nowhere to have anything to eat or drink until the restaurant opened. no lounge to wait in until that time.
