Pros:

Konaklamamız boyunca her şeyden fazlasıyla memnun kaldık. Otelin atmosferi, hizmet kalitesi gerçekten harikaydı. Tüm personel son derece güler yüzlü, kibar ve yardımcıydı. Özellikle Mehmet Ali Bey bizi hiçbir konuda kırmadı çok güzel ilgilendi. Samimiyeti ve profesyonelliği için ayrıca teşekkür ederiz. Şef Adem Bey’in hazırladığı yemekler ise hem lezzet hem çeşit açısından gerçekten mükemmeldi.

Otelin plajı çok temiz, keyifli ve huzurluydu. Baştan sona unutulmaz ve çok güzel bir tatil deneyimi yaşadık. Emeği geçen tüm personele teşekkür ederiz.

Öncelikle booking üzerinden kartlarımızı kaydettik ödemeyi almasını bekledik otelde ödeme aldılar belki yanımızda fazla para getirmedik. Kartımız belki uygun değil. Daha sonra mail order yapmıyorlar ya orda kart ve nakit yada ibana para gönderimi yapılıyor bu bir eksidir. İkincisi olarak herşey tam açık değil bu yüzden bir daha gelmem

Sevdiğim bir yön baya bulmaya çalıştım ama inanın bulamadım.

Cons:

Otelde global bir şirketin kongresi vardı. Otelimi yoksa o şirketin ana binasına mı geldik anlayamadık. Yoğunluk nedeniyle ile personel yetersiz ve ilgi alaka yoktu. Daha öncede konaklamıştım muhtemelen kongreden dolayı yemek kalitesi inanılmaz düşüktü. Resepsiyonda bile kuyruklar vardı saatlerce bekletildik.
