הכול היה פשוט מושלם! מלון מדהים, נקי ומפואר, אוכל מצוין ומגוון, צוות אדיב ושירות ברמה גבוהה מאוד. הבריכות והמתקנים נהדרים והילד נהנה מאוד . הייתה לנו חופשה משפחתית מושלמת ואנחנו מאוד מרוצים. בהחלט נחזור שוב

كانت تجربة جميلة جدًا وممتعة للعائلة. الفندق ممتاز، والموظفون كانوا ودودين ومتعاونين جدًا طوال فترة الإقامة، ودائمًا حاولوا مساعدتنا وتلبية طلباتنا بابتسامة.
المرافق متنوعة ومناسبة جدًا للعائلات والأطفال، والمسابح والأنشطة كانت من أجمل الأشياء في الرحلة. كما أن الطعام كان متنوعًا ولذيذًا، والغرفة كانت مريحة ونظيفة.
أحب بشكل خاص اهتمام طاقم الفندق بالتفاصيل وسرعة الاستجابة لأي طلب. حتى عندما طلبنا أشياء خاصة للأطفال، كانوا متعاونين جدًا وحاولوا توفيرها لنا.
بشكل عام، كانت إقامة رائعة وننصح بهذا الفندق للعائلات، وبالتأكيد نتمنى العودة مرة أخرى في المستقبل. شكرًا لجميع العاملين على حسن الضيافة ❤️🙏🏻

Eski Hali (tam pansiyon) daha elit idi.
Pros:

Tesis genel olarak iyiydi. Fakat misafir kalitesi iyi değildi. Çok fazla ortadoğulu mevcut ve sakin, elit bir tatil yaşamak isteyenlere uygun değil. Ama her şey dahil konseptte orta üstü bir hizmet mevcut.

Çok severek geldiğim otelden bir daha dönmemek üzere hayal kırıklığı ile ayrılıyorum.
Pros:

Her şey dahil sisteme geçilmesi iyi olmuş. Çalışanların ilgisi genel olarak iyiydi.

Cons:

Hijyen açısından tuvalet banyo kötü, pek çok eşyanın yenilenmesi veya yeniden döşenmesi gerekiyor. Açık büfe standartları çok düşmüş. Yemek ayırt etmeyen oğlum yiyecek bişey bulamadı. Otelde tadilat vardı ve biz birinci kata yerleştirildiğimiz için her sabah o gürültü ile uyandık. Önceden söyleseydiniz değişirdik odayı dendi ama 2 gün için gelmişim oda taşıma ile mi geçecekti günümüz? Odaları yetkili bireylerin belli aralıklarla dolaşıp kontrol etmesi gerekiyor. Ne yazık ki artık normal vatandaş olarak otellerimizde tatil yapamaz olduk. Kumardan ciddi paralar bırakmalısınız ki adam yerine koyulun sanırım. Genel olarak adada gittiğimiz çoğu otel böyle. Kendi ülkemde 2 gün için bir asgari ücret kadar para verip 3.dünya insanı gibi ağırlanmak ve bunları konuşuyor olmak çok acı. Geçen sene de tuvalet hijyeni konusunda uyarmıştım. Bu sene daha kötüye gittiğini gördüm. Bu yazdıklarım da dikkate alınmayacaktır. O nedenle en güzel çare bir daha gelmemek.
