The biggest issue was the taxi. We arranged and paid for a transfer through the hotel, and it never showed up. No call, no explanation — we were left waiting and had to arrange transport ourselves at the last minute. We still have not been refunded. Every time we follow up we get vague answers or no reply at all, and by now it’s hard to read it as anything other than deliberate avoidance. Taking a guest’s money for a service you don’t provide, and then dodging the refund, is unacceptable.

We also let the hotel know in advance that this was our honeymoon. There was no cake, no note, no upgrade, not even a word from the staff. We weren’t expecting much, but most hotels make some small gesture. This one did nothing at all.

הייתי חוזר רק אם מבטיחים שירות יותר טוב מזה וגם נותנים לי פיצוי

אהבתי את המיקום והמתקנים של הילדים והמשחקים והאוכל טוב

Cons:

הגענו במונית המזגן לא עובד ושילמתי דרך הבית מלון ושירות הניקיון בחדרים לא מנקים טוב בכלל,
מזגן לא עובד בחדר וכל יום היו שולחים לי טכנאי לתיקון וגם המזגן היה מוריד מים ,
והיתה בעיה בשירותים בחדר של ההורים והיינו מתקלחים בחדר של הבנות,
גם בחדר של הבנות המזגן לא היה תקין,
הזמנתי גלידה לחדר ומיץ תפוחים הביאו לי תפוחים רגילים במקום מיץ ולא הביאו גלידה הביאו קצפת.
יש מלא בעיות בבית מלון הזה והייתי מבקש החזר כספי.
