Eğer kumar için gitmiyorsanız asla gitmeyin. Personellerin ilgi ve alakası çok kötü,asla çözüm odaklı değiller.Evet konserler çok iyiydi ama onun dışında yeme-içme,aktivite,hizmet çok kötü. Hotelsden aldığım odalarda hep sıkıntı oluyor otelde 2.sınıf gibi oluyorsunuz ona da dikkat edin...

Odalar konforlu. Çalışanlar çok ilgili. Koridor halıları çok eskimiş- deforme olmuş. Küçük kazalara sebeb oluyor. Ana Restaurant’ta yemek servisi tek alanda yapılıyor ve sıkışıklığa sebep oluyor. Havuzlar-aquapark ve sahili güzel. Gazinodaki slot makineleri biraz eski…

Elexus güzel ama hizmet yavaş.
Pros:

Otelin tesis ve imkanları çok iyiydi. Özellikle açık büfe yemekler çok lezzetli ve kaliteliydi. Şef ve ekibine özel tebriklerimizi iletiyoruz. Hizmet yavaştı ve maalesef personel yeterli değildi. Odamız gayet konforluydu ancak oda temizliği sadece talep üzerine yapılıyordu bize alışıldıktan tuhaf geldi. Konser günleri dışarıdan gelenlere sanırız yemek imkanı da sunuluyor bu durum otele para verip konaklamaya gelen bizleri ikinci plana atıp ortamı gereksiz kalabalık yapıyor.
