Pros:

Property ambiance was good. Fodd quality was ok but not wow. Breakfast was also good.

Happy gor booking.com to help me for change in dates.

Cons:

Room service not up to the mark. There was water logging in bathroom. I complained but no one tern up. It seems there is no coordination between staff.

Property was not comfortable. Food served in breakfast is all cold. The blankets provided in the room did not provide any comfort. Inside the blanket the bed was always cold even AC kept off for 2-days. I did not find staff so cordial.

It is not worth the amount I spent , the bathroom is very small, the interiors are not very great , the location is very far from the city . Overall not a good experience. The rooms , bedsheets and quilt were that of a guest house quality not a premium brand like Ramada.
First day our room was not cleaned even after we requested .

Very disappointing for the money I had paid. Changed rooms. Got wet clothes due to their leakage problem.

The restaurant is good. The overall infrastructure is good including the room size etc

Cons:

I was a bit disappointed with the hotel. First, I had tried to book the Ramada in the Varanasi city but the booking app took me to the one in the outskirts with Ramada Katesar. Everytime I had to go the Varanasi ghaats and temples, I had to spend nearly 1000 rupees from the hotel. So it was so inconvenient. Secondly, the hotel was although good because of the money we are spending but the hotel room initially given to me - 3008 was smelling gas/petrol when the AC was switched on. Then in the night when it was too much unbearable for me as I am an asthmatic patient, they had changed my room to 2019. When I woke up in the morning all my clothes on the sitting place next to cabinet were all wet as the roof was leaking water. Not expected from a Ramada hotel. I had stayed in your hotel worldwide but it’s only this one in Katesar which had given me so much problems.

They had sent wrong food order to me and charged me more.
