Not good enough for a Hyatt property
Pros:

My room was modern and clean. The breakfast was delicious.

Cons:

The air conditioning was set to heater mode although the maximum temperature reached 26 degrees celsius at times during my stay. The room was very hot and opening the balcony door did not help and allowed cigarette smoke to enter my room sometimes.

Good hotel in an interesting part of Jingdezhen, could be better.
Pros:

Good location to see many of the museums and other activities. Room was adequate, modern, and everything worked. Comfortable beds, good shower etc. Coffee and baguette at breakfast were delicious. This hotel could be SO much better with a bit of friendliness and joy instead of cheerless efficiency.

Cons:

Staff were pretty indifferent and unsmiling at all times. I was surprised that they hadn't been trained better. I felt like I was an inconvenience for staying there. Ongoing construction on the street went on into the night - I asked for a quiet room when booking, but they didn't put us in one of the rooms away from the noise.....
