Good stay,good sleep but the room facilities let it down

Good stylish clean enjoyable stay

Cons:

In the room I was unable to connect by Cromecast someone was supposed to come and have a look which they did my missus was there asked them to come back and they didn’t bother coming back

Pros:

The location is perfect for the gay village, especially after a night out. Hotel was clean and well maintained. Large room and comfortable bed.

Cons:

The security (probably understandably) had a little bit of a rude/blunt attitude when we were returning to the hotel after a night out.

Cons:

Terrible pillows! The hotel should give guests the option of more luxurious feather pillows. Compared to good American hotels, this is a woeful oversight.
I also don’t particularly like an impersonal online key collection on arrival - I like to be properly welcomed by someone at the front desk…

Modern well located hotel
Pros:

The location, breakfast, cleaning , room size

Cons:

I did not realize and I am not totally sure if it is clear in the room description but the rooms I receive were a disabled ones, so the experience was not totally pleasant
