Very big too firm pillow but that might just be me I should have taken my own

Nice hotel, Nice location, Nice staff.
Pros:

I like the location and the closeness of the amenities. The variety of restaurants.

Cons:

We opted for a late check out however when the cleaning staff came round to do their rounds they knock on the door I informed we had a late check out they still entered the r despite their also being a do not disturb sign on the door

the room was lovely and i was grateful for digital check in/check out, the cookies in my room were so good

Excellent location
Pros:

We booked this hotel due to its great location and reasonable price.
Pleasant helpful staff on reception and in breakfast room.

Cons:

Breakfast included in the price we paid would have been better value but we knew the price when booking so no complaints.

Pros:

Location was great! Beds very comfy.. However the carpet was stained and looked dirty so was the shower and sink area! Please tackle the mold! The sink was not draining water because of the mold built up! Even my 15 year old son pointed it out! Get your game and cleaning on.! We have enjoyed the breakfast. Staff was helpful and accommodating.

Dirty carpet, mold in the bathroom, lack of REFRIGERATOR in the room..

Overnigh stay for exhibition visit
Pros:

Good central location and staff very helpful.
Room was good.

Cons:

The offering for a continental breakfast could have been better. The pastries were very dry and did not seem to be that fresh.
