From the moment my wife and I entered the hotel, it was fantastic. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, the room was spotless and very comfortable. We dined in the restaurant the first evening, the food was delicious and generous portions, the drinks were crisp and fresh. We thoroughly enjoyed both nights and will definitely return next time we're in Manchester. Thank you to all the staff at this hotel.

A Truly Wonderful Stay: Hospitality at Its Best
I recently stayed at the Maldron Hotel Manchester for two nights, and I honestly had such a lovely experience.
From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with the warmest smile from the receptionist. It immediately made me feel welcome, and it genuinely felt like she could sense that I'd had a long journey. That first impression set the tone for the rest of my stay.
What stood out most was the exceptional hospitality. Every member of staff I interacted with, including the manager, was professional, approachable, and genuinely friendly. It didn't feel like the typical hotel experience where interactions can sometimes feel formal or rushed. Everyone made me feel valued as a guest, and the manager was even eager to hear feedback, which showed how much they care about providing a great experience.
The ambience of the hotel was beautiful. It was calm, relaxing, and comfortable—I honestly felt refreshed just being there. At times, I almost forgot I was in the UK because the level of service reminded me of the hospitality I've experienced while travelling abroad.
The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, and the food was excellent. I ordered the salad during my stay, and it was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented.
The only small suggestion I would make is to consider providing complimentary toiletries such as body lotion, a toothbrush, and toothpaste. These are items that guests occasionally forget to pack, and having them available in the room would make an already excellent stay even better.
Overall, I had a fantastic experience and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Thank you to the entire team for making my visit so enjoyable. I look forward to returning!
Nothing really - just a suggestion to add Lotion, toothpaste a toothbrush and a Showercap - as guests usually forget those.
The hotel in general and the rooms were modern and recent, well appointed.
The only problem I had was that my room was actually a little cold and I couldn't get the climate control thing to work.
