Excellent location for our needs, fulfilled our requirements for location of the area that we needed

Cons:

The room met all our needs with everything that was supplied, the only down side was that the bottom sheet on the bed had a couple of brown stains on it, didn't complain because we were only staying 1 night.

Cons:

Cleaning wasn't as I expected. Bins weren't emptied every day, bathroom wasn't cleaned each day - sink had toothpaste marks I had to clean myself.

City centre. Clean & tidy.

Cons:

I was very disappointed with the water pressure of the shower head. I could not clean myself as it was just drizzles of water. I had to use the hand shower; it was very awkward and inconvenient and soaked the bathroom floor. I payed almost £130 a night; I expected a better experience with facilities. I’d also like to mention when I was checking out, I didn’t even get asked about my stay. I thought this was poor service. Receptionist did not have much to say at all.
