Super amables, dispuestos a ayudar, me encanto que tenga un espacio para niños.

Cons:

Eramos 3 en el cuarto, dos adultos y 1 niño y solo teniamos 2 juegos de toallas.no pedimos extra, supusimos que al saber cuantos eramos nos darian.
