Cons:

Room was too cold when we arrived , asked Male receptionist to set the room temp because we could not set it up on heat mode . Many hours passed and no response . Later my wife requested again and female receptionist on duty fixed it

Pros:

I did a staycation with my family in this place. We love that area of the city and it was great to spend a weekend there. The facilities are really good and the breakfast was awesome.

Cons:

Even though everything else was great, the pillows and mattresses were not as good as in other hotels where I have stayed with my family. While the little ones can sleep on rocks, the beds were part of the conversation with my wife about things that could be improved.

Lifts at the far end (away from the reception side) doesn’t go straight to the basement. We had to take it to level 3 then change lift
