It was convenient efficient comfortable
I love the outdoor space that you have in particular the sunset balcony near the bar
The electronics in the room that I had were not fully working.
There wasn't enough information to figure out where to get a shower cap and by the time I found your information it was too late to go downstairs and locate a shower cap
The television was not working and even when the front desk came around to try and fix it it did not work. The heating system didn't seem to kick on properly so I know it's an old building but you need to pay some attention to the electronics and instructions in rooms
Clean modern great facilities
The only thing I was surprised was that the room only had a double bed
I stayed in 403, I suppose there was no room for a queen size bed
Luckily I was staying alone and didn’t have my partner with me, otherwise I would have been sleep deprived due to the size of the bed

It was a great location, with easy parking facilities.
Our room was super clean & the staff were professional & efficient.
Just some little things, could have helped.
There was no face cloth in the bathroom, which I feel is needed.
And the breakfast buffet could have been improved, there wasn’t enough forks or bowls & we had to ask staff to get some, & some of the food provided was a tad disappointing….
but overall it is a great hotel & I would stay again.

The bed a bit soft.
The breakfast offered a good selection from cold to cooked foods. The only thing missing was a natural muesli not Bircher which I did enjoy.
