除了价格以外都需要改进、房间里没有无线网，味道很大，只有牙刷没有牙膏，微波炉里都臭了。还是别为了便宜来这里住了。最受不了的是床上有蚂蚁、哎…基本上没睡，还没有网…..

価格も考慮すると７０点くらいは付けられる点数だと思う
Pros:

ロケーションは良い。自由に出入りできる点も良いと思う。特別に不便な事もないと思うので、特段の不便さがないという点で概ね良いという評価になると思います。まあ気楽にできる事が良い点なのかもしれません。

Cons:

今回２回目だったので、ある程度は知った上で利用させてもらいましたが。
・部屋に貼ってあるWi-FiのID・パスが使われていない情報で最悪。似たIDが検出されたので、書いてあったパスで何回か試したが無駄な時間を使ってしまった。電話で東京の事務局に聞いたら、フリーWiFiのIDを教えてくれた。間違った情報を部屋に貼ってたらダメじゃんと苦言を言ったら、そんな事言われても知りませんと無機質な返答。
・オートロックは便利なのかもしれませんが、もしインキ―してしまった時、人がいない施設なのでどうなってしまうのか。考えると恐ろしく、部屋を出る時は何度も確認は必須。
・施設内の駐車場は入り口が狭いので、ミニバンではきついです。なので数百m先に用意された空き地の駐車場に止めることになるのですが、完全な「空き地」。かなり不用心です。車上荒らしされても全然おかしくないと思う。もう少しだけでもフェンスとか整えてしっかり感を出してほしい。今回２回目だったので、場所は知っていたが初めても人にももっと分かるようにちゃんとした誘導地図を作るべき。
・室内のトイレはユニットバスと一体式なので、ウォシュレットが無い。これは地味に嫌。いちいち裸になってシャワーしないといけないので面倒。
・エレベータ内に海水浴の客が持ち込んでしまった砂が少々溜まっていて、エレベータの床がザラザラしていた。しょうがないですが。。バッグなどは床に直置きしにくい感じ。

O hotel tem alguns problemas, mas a localização é muito boa, por isso pretendo voltar

O estacionamento é pequeno e só cabe carros pequenos. Tem outro estacionamento, mas é longe. O elevador toda hora trava. O hotel é bem antigo e precisa de uma reforma

最高！
Pros:

海水浴のため利用させていただきました。ホテルの玄関を出て道路を渡ればすぐそこに砂浜の入口がありとても便利でした。海水浴後のシャワーや着替えを現場でせずに部屋に帰ってこれたのが一番良かった点です。
夕飯は、これもすぐそこにハマギンザ街道があり飲食店が多くて良かったです。

Cons:

私たちもそうですが海水浴利用の方が多いと思いますのでホテル館内は砂でザラザラしていました。これはしょうがないかなと思いますが...
あと夜食にカップ麵を食べようと思ってロビーに電気ケトルを借りに行きましたが故障中のやつしか残っておらず食べることができませんでした。
