Wij hebben een redelijk verblijf gehad. Grote zwembad maar het hotel moet wel grondig gerenoveerd worden.

Pros:

It is a comfortable hotel but it is in need of some TLC. The water in the shower would not drain, the lamps did not work and the soap dispenser was broken. Can they get any meaner with their shower gel? Breakfast was adequate but the instant coffee the only free coffee available gives you a flavour of the issues here. The lack of competition in the area means it might end up as your first choice.

Çok Berbat rezillik
Öncelikle hafta sonu okul öncesi bir gün stres atmak için gittiğimiz Ramada şile otelde yaşadıklarımız bir kabusdu.
Aksam 6 da giriş yaptık odaya girdiğimizde sifon sürekli akıtıyordu, ayrıca balkon kapısı açılmıyordu .2 yetişkin bir çocuk gelmemize rağmen odada ek yatak yoktu .
Bu taleplerimizi arıza dahil bildirdik uzun sürsede yapıldı.
Gece yağmur sabah yağmur yağdı balkon dan içeri su taştı halılar ıslandı.Gece böcekler üzerimizde geziyordu.
Sabah uyandığımda elektrik kesikti. 20 dakka sonra geldi banyoya girdim elektrik tekrar gitti 10 dakka gelmedi. Banyoda köpüklü kaldım, ayrıca lavabo ve banyo gideri tıkalı taştı sürekli.
Otele kapalı havuz var diye geldik . Kapalı havuz tatilatta denildi.
Sabah ailece kahvaltıya iniyoruz kafamıza çok noktadan sular akıyor . Halılar pis lekeli kokulu . Resmen rezillik felaket bir gün oldu . Ramada kalitesine guvenmistik ama hüsran oldu.
Resimler mevcut şikayet var a da gonderecem ayrıca . Resim yüklemeyi kabul etmedi .

My shower had visible mold, falling apart ceiling. The parts of AC unit were open. Furniture seems to be hanging on a thread.

He tried to steel us during check in

Every thing was bad since chech in due to front office staff Othman I suggest the management to fire him because he is not present Ramada chain as not honest and dirty guy from his attitude with RAMADA Guests.
When I asked him for the manager he said I am the manager and the general manager.

Veel te duur voor wat het is.. familie suite was groot en over het algemeen wel proper! Maar boven ons bed hing het behangpapier los omwille van vocht en schimmelplekken. Onze kamer (suite 249)zat aan de zijgevel, mss daardoor. Geen bar ( enkel aan het zwembad, geen ander faciliteiten, ontbijt was heel beperkt! Hotel echt afgelegen en heel moeilijk om je te verplaatsen naar de stad en strand. Personeel ook heel afstandelijk, behalve de piccolo ( zijn naam vergeten) deze was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Wel leuk en proper zwembad.

Det var en fin och trevlig vistelse. Rent och nytt hotel med bra frukost. Några småsaker som togs om hand direkt av hotelldirektören herr Cemil. Stort tack och eloge till honom. Vi kommer absolut tillbaka!
