Take earplugs!! Staff friendly. Skybar really good

Great location and staff are polite friendly and attentive.

Cons:

Room walls are paper thin! Heard my neighbours TV until midnight. It wasn’t on loud as I walked past there door. Earplugs sorted after midnight thought. The gym is poor! Very poor! Staff amazing and friendly. Location really good.

One of the best hotels I have been to !
Pros:

We got amazing view from our room of Campbell Park. We also booked the sky bar and restaurant and the food was absolutely amazing. Would definitely recommend anyone staying to try out the steak over there, it tasted really good.

Cons:

I would have preferred if there was cream or tooth brush provided during the stay, it's not important but it would've been a nice touch.

Room 1212 shower trap was blocked, so had to keep stopping shower to allow it to drain enough not to flood room

Cons:

I requested a large bed and we ended up with twin beds which were too narrow and flimsy to sleep on. Not great sleep!

Good location for Xscape, great breakfast. Felt very welcome and was able to check in early.
