Great location and had everything we needed for the night
Parking was a nightmare
bed, pillows, coffee machine in the room
Hot water was not very hot, had to turn the shower knob to the maximum to get an acceptable shower
Lovely room, bed very comfortable. Quiet and relaxing
This is our third visit, and the experience we had at this hotel was just as good as the last two times.
Check-in was very smooth. The staff member was very professional and friendly;she answered every question we had and resolved everything promptly. She even wrote her name on the key card sleeve and kindly asked us to leave a good review for her. Unfortunately, I had lost that cover by the time I wrote this review, but she definitely deserves five stars.
The sky bar and restaurant were beautifully decorated, and the staff were friendly. They are situated on the 14th floor, where you can overlook the entire city and the nearby national park. The scenery is definitely a highlight of the stay.
We reserved a table for two for lunch on Sunday, and the food was top-notch. In both my partner’s and my opinion, it was fine dining. We loved how the food was presented and how professional the staff were. However, we were both a bit surprised that when we ordered a mocktail and a cocktail, we were asked for ID. We didn’t mind, but we didn’t expect it.
The room we booked was a Deluxe King Room, located on the 10th floor. The view was amazing—we were lucky that the window faced the national park instead of the shopping centre. The decoration of the room was top-tier, and we also had Elemis shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and soap in the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and cosy.
We stayed there for two nights. On the second day, the housekeeper even cleaned our room while we were out, which we really appreciated.
Overall, everything was amazing. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back again.
NONE
Sky bar is nice but very expensive
There is no mini bar in room i had that in every hotel even in 2 stars ones
Not far from other businesses
The card didn’t have the correct info however we didn’t get to eat Sunday dinner
Comfortable bedroom with plenty of space
Nice and quiet and secure
As reception staff are the first point of contact they should be more welcoming to their guests.
Shower could do with a non slip mat and a hand rail fitted for the elderly
Location
We had two rooms - both rooms had cleanliness issues. We found an old press on nail that had fallen off a finger - we could see skin debris stuck on it. There was also dried tissues on the wall as well as a dead insect.
In the other room there were dried red stains on the pillows.
Obvious signs they hadn’t been cleaned
The breakfast was extremely good.
The parking is pretty pricey
Centrally located
Comfortable clean and with incredible views from the top floor breakfast area / bar / restaurant. Lovely staff too.
The reception lady was rude and abrupt she advised it was possible to reschedule but had ti go through booking.com
The reception lady was rude and abrupt she advised it was possible to reschedule but had ti go through booking.com but turns out she lut me as a no show even though we had agreed to reschedule due to my child falling ill
I like how quiet the rooms are with very quiet corridors with very little sound from other guests and the surrounding roads are quiet. The best rooms are those with the view of the park rather than the multi storey car park.
The holding deposit
