Great location
Pros:

The location in the style of the building

Cons:

The state of the communal toilets in the lobby and also the noise of the water on the toilet making noise hardly slept

Hotel great parking no so good
Pros:

Location, ideal

Cons:

The parking, was tomd it would be 10 once validated by the hotel, got ticket validated went to pay and was charged 17.00.

I have seen much better hotels.
Pros:

Breakfast was fine. Location was fine.

Cons:

The lights in the room and bathroom were below expectations. It was hard to see inside the clothes cupboard. Also when you stand infront of mirror in the bathroom, the lighting was weak and very difficult to shave. No luggage racks in the rooms, you have to put your suitcase on the floor and bend to be able to select your clothes or whatever. Also each room had one chair and when two guests occupy that space one of them had to sit on the bed, not to mention that there was no table in the room. Finally as we had to leave at 3 am which they knew very well and the kitchen was closed at that time, I was surprised to see that breakfast charges for that day was added. The breakdown of the bill was not shown to me until checkout. When I complained, the receptionist said that she cannot do anything and I have to write to reservations which I did, and I am still waiting for their response.

The breakfast only.

Cons:

disappointing due to several service issues. Given wrong room and receptionist non chalant when I explained the importance of having a twin.
Dirty and dusty kettle - see pictures
No waiters and water almost 20min no help till I got up and walked to call a waitress amount 5 standing around doing nothing.
