We stayed here for a family trip and were initially hopeful—the front desk lady was kind and welcoming, and the beds were fairly comfortable. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience didn’t meet expectations.
Our room had a strong mildew smell, and the bathroom floor had hair and small black bugs in the corners. It was clear the room hadn’t been vacuumed properly, and the headboard was noticeably dirty. To make matters worse, the elevator was out of service, so we had to climb to the third floor with three kids and all our luggage. That was exhausting.
The pool was also closed, even though the weather was hot—something we were really looking forward to. Overall, while the staff showed kindness, the lack of cleanliness and broken amenities made our stay frustrating and uncomfortable.
It was a great stop for an event.
Elevator was broken. Bathroom wasn’t stocked. Front desk was not friendly.
Nice hotel
Oh pool, lookNiceI didn't get in it, but the parking was nice. The staff was very complimentary
Staff communication was good.
This hotel was super nice. Right off the road in the little town of Harrah OK.
We stayed with our softball team, and everyone had a pleasant stay.
The breakfast was decent and well stalked.
The guy who checked us in, was super cool and friendly.
The elevator broken. But even hauling all our luggage and softball stuff up to the second floor was no big deal.
We also got two queen beds with the pull out couch, lots of room. Not to mention super clean.
Plus outside of the hotel was super clean with a decent burger place right next door.
Passing through Harrah stay here.
I know the kids for softball games were busy running all over!
Desk clerk had a clash with reality. When corrected he ordered my wife and I to leave the premise
Really convenient to where we was going
Pros: The room was very clean and the hotel was nice. There are meal options nearby. The staff were AMAZING. Cons: The A/C has mold on the coils, which puts out an ammonia odor (like car pee), and’s made the room very damp feeling.
Customer service was outstanding. Elevators were broken so we had to take the stairs the entire 2 days. Expect a lil better?
The property is always clean and the staff is friendly.
Very clean, pool was gorgeous and clean, breakfast was good (stocking of items could have been better attended to) but all in all, a 9/10 stay. Elevator was out of service but the staff put me on the first floor so no worries about that.
The front desk was terrific! Linda called a couple of days before to ensure we had an adequate room on the first floor because she knew the elevator was inoperable. How she knew my mother uses a walker and cannot climb stairs is beyond me! When we checked in, Robert was efficient and helpful in answering my question about a military veteran discount. Unfortunately, he didn't have authority to adjust my rate, and the manager wasn't available for the duration of my stay, so I was stuck with a rate about $100 higher for a three night stay than what I see on Hotels.com right now. Other than that, I liked the place.
The beds are very comfortable. The pillows are not. Motel very clean. Staff was excellent and willing to help in anyway
Everything with our stay at Comfort Inn & Suites was great. The rooms are really clean and beds are super comfy. The Sunday weekend check in person she was awesome. Now the Monday front desk people could use a little work as couldn't find anyone for checkout, but could hear them all just chatting in the back. I had to call to make sure I did my checkout right and the person on the phone was very friendly though.
The staff and overall cleanliness they maintained is the only thing that works for this property! The elevator was broken on both trips. There were no beverage options, including water, for breakfast. Food quality was stale.
The staff on all shifts were kind and courteous and they maintained an overall clean environment! Special shout out to "Linda" who always had a smile.
Great location for our needs. Easy access to I-40 and turnpike.
The room itself was wonderful. The breakfast was one of the best breakfasts ever. The biggest problem that I had was the day we were to check in is when we found out the elevator was out. According to staff, the elevator has been out for five weeks prior to our arrival. Looking back this is about the time we reserved the room.
Having to go up and down the stairs was horrible on my knees. I have arthritis in both knees, not to mention recent replacement of both hips.
So why did we stay? Due to the events going on around the area we were unable to find another hotel.
I hope whoever owns this hotel realizes how much injustice they are doing to their staff and guest. Staff having to climb up and down the stairs to clean rooms, hall, laundry and supplies. Guest having to haul suitcases up and down the stairs. This is a huge liability.
It is truly a shame that they are letting this establishment go this way. They have a strong, wonderful staff in place and it appears that they do not care.
