Staff at front desk was very helpful, room was clean and bed comfortable
Cons:

Breakfast options are not great and very limited. Do not expect a breakfast buffet other than a smaller cafe offering some basic provisions (bagels, croissants, oatmeal, and coffee.) If you are not a breakfast person, this won't bother you.

Great affordable stay with friendly staff!
Pros:

Staff: I really appreciated the friendly front desk staff, it was 7pm on a cold March evening when I checked in and the staff was really sweet. The same with checking out, they have a bag check and I got to utilize it for 2 hours, once again staff was quick to say safe travels and thanks for staying with us.

Room: Was a great room on the 17th floor you can see the empire state building in the distance, it was very quiet, small room, but all you need, very big comfy bed, clean bathroom, and a big television set that you can stream movies from your devices. Internet was strong.

Location: Pretty much walking distance to everything you need, a whole foods near you, Penn station is walking distance, restaurants and even Madison Avenue park nearby.

Cons:

I only have two things that i didnt like; the sink in my bathroom was a little loose, the vanity part of it needed a little bit of tightening, it squeaked if you leaned against it while brushing teeth. (that can be fixed real easy)

No fridge in room, sometimes it is nice when you have leftovers or want to buy something that needs to be cold on your travels its nice to have a fridge.

These are both minor things, otherwise the stay was fabulous.

Bien situé, chambre agréable

Cons:

Insonorisation est mauvaise, on entend beaucoup les voisins.
Le sol dans la chambre était froid, des pantoufles jetables auraient été agréable.
Le pommeau de douche n’était pas idéale pour se laver les cheveux.
