A couple's 4 days stay
Pros:

The bed and the shower were great, very nice staff. The location was excellent.

Cons:

Central AC freezed us at night and we couldnt control it from our room. Also we didn't have a mini fridge which was a down side for us.

Trop cher mais impeccable
Pros:

Le personnel est exceptionnel. Propreté remarquable.le concept du petit salon au RDC et terrasse extérieure est très intéressant..il est possible de s'y faire venir de la nourriture et de souper, même de prendre un verre de vin. Le comptoir restaurant a même ce salon est très bien pour déjeuner (croissant, bagel, muffin, sandwich aux oeufs, bon café, etc). A proximité du métro.

Cons:

Beaucoup trop cher! Chambre très propre , mais très petite et sans frigo ni verre de vin. D'ailleurs, l'hôtel ne rend même pas accessible des verres à vin..Sur place nous avons pu faire upgrader notre chambre et la seule différence était un bureau additionnel, un banc pour s'asseoir et un mini frigo. Malgré ces inconvénients, nous y retournerons vu la propreté, le personnel, et le concept du restaurant avec terrasse a même l'hôtel.

Great location and upgraded hotel.
Pros:

Breakfast wasn't included as Booking.com listing showed.

Cons:

Luggage storage fees for guests is unheard of and we ended up paying for it. there is no coffee machine in the room.

Loved this for my one night stay in NYC, 5 minute walk to 5 and 6 train at 33rd street station
Pros:

The location is great and the room was clean, I only wish it had refrigerator, I loved that the TV had ability to chrome cast with Netflix and YouTube smart buttons on remote

Cons:

The staff could be better at greeting guests, was met with long stares when I arrived
