Great hotel, clean , good location and good price for Manhattan.
Pros:

Great location, easy access to everything and room was a good size for 5 people. Obviously not big but good for the price and for New York. Loads of storage space (did not have any in the previous hotel where we stayed) , fridge, extra sink, coffee machine (although did not really use it). Did not really use TV. Good choice of mini toiletries and proper hair dryer!

Had an issue in the bathroom and maintenance came within 10 min and it was fixed within the hour.

Cons:

Bit silly to have to pay storage for your bags but it was not much (1$ / bag)

A nice clean place for 1 or 2 people in midtown Manhattan close to attractions, good food.
Pros:

Nice, helpful staff. Good location in midtown Manhattan. Clean. Just six rooms per floor. Close to Empire State Building, Madison Square Garden. Whole Foods is a 3-minute walk. Trader Joes — there are two within 10-15 minutes on foot.

Nothing.
