Absolutely amazing hotel. I went to Dubai for the first time to catch Green Day at Expo City, so the location was perfect too. Very polite staff, delicious food, comfortable room and excellent facilities.

The building and decor of the hotel itself is attractive, however, at times requested service would take a long time to be completed, so you would have to ask again. Daily cleaning was very surface level. Quite a few staff could be somewhat dismissive at times. The breakfast choices weren’t great, but luckily there was a nice cafe and convenience shop up the road. If there was an option to give the hotel a 2.5 stars, I would, as there was some pleasant staff. But overall the experience could have been better.

Fantastic hotel and experience....would come again
Pros:

Hotel staff were lovely and made sure you have everything you need 24:7. Pool was incredible, temperature was spot on and facilities were perfect - towels, showers, toilets, lifeguard was very helpful. Lots of food choices and all very tasty - breakfast, room service and sundeck.

Our only cons were two towels a day in the room, but more were given when we called. Air con was reset daily and made the room colder than we would like.
