התנהלות הצוות בלובי , איש הצוות שנמצא בלובי לבד אחראי על מסירת החדרים ללקוחות ובאותו עת אחראי על הבר ליד , באחד הימים הגענו לחנות במלון במקום הקבוע שקיבלנו מהמלון אחרי תשלום מצאנו רכב אחר חונה במקום ששילמנו עליו .

Excelente estancia
Pros:

Hotel muy bien ubicado. No puedo decir ni un punto negativo. Todo limpio, el personal muy atento cuidando cada detalle. El buffet del desayuno espectacular. Camas amplias. En fin todo perfecto.

Pros:

Todo era perfecto ! Parece un hotel de 4 estrellas !! Estuve en el ibis de Düsseldorf , el doble de caro y parecía un hostal de algún barrio de mala muerte !! La verdad que me quedé con ganas de estar más allí !!! Está a dos parada de HBF

Degelijk verblijf in een leuke Duitse stad

Goed en uitgebreid ontbijt, er was veel keuze. Het eten was lekker en vers

Cons:

Het was verschrikkelijk heet in de kamer. Heb een heel weekend niet kunnen slapen. De thermostaat in de badkamer stond standaard op 27 graden, het leek een sauna. In de slaapkamer was het 21 graden en de airco werkte niet.

Die Lage war gut, die Einrichtung war schön

Cons:

Leider waren unsere Betten nicht miteinander verbunden und sind die ganze Zeit auseinander gerutscht, im Badezimmer gab es keine Duscheabtrennung, so dass das ganze Badezimmer nach dem duschen nass war
