Eigentlich ein sehr ordentliches Hotel.

Cons:

Unser Aufenthalt wurde komplett versaut, weil wir 2 Stunden am Check-in anstanden. Wir waren dort für das Backstreet Boys Konzert, wollten einchecken und uns gemeinsam fertig machen und stylen, bevor wir losgehen. Während wir draußen anstanden, gab es keine Info vom Personal! Irgendwann fingst du an herumzufragen und hast herausgefunden, dass es keine gereinigten Zimmer aufgrund von Personalmangel gibt, also wurde etwa jede halbe Stunde oder seltener ein Zimmer vergeben. Die einzige Annehmlichkeit während dieser Zeit war ein einziges Getränk in der Warteschlange, aber das musstest du auch erst herausfinden. Letztlich haben wir uns in einem Hinterzimmer fertig gemacht, dort unsere Sachen gelagert und haben nachts eingecheckt. Am nächsten Morgen hieß es auf Anfrage hin, dass sich der Manager um eine Entschädigung kümmert. Von wegen. Nie was gehört. Sowas kann ja mal passieren, aber der Umgang damit lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig!

Einmal und nie wieder.

Bequeme Betten.

Cons:

Ich buche Premium und schlage an zwei Eisnebahnstrecken und einer Schnellstrasse. Das Personal
Schien komplett überfordert und hat meine Abrechnung vergewessen trotz Nachfrage .

Gemütlicher Aufenthalt vor den Toren der Stadt
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt außerhalb der Stadt, aber S-Bahn und U-Bahn Anbindung sind super. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war super und das Personal sehr freundlich. Ich würde das Hotel auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Gutes Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis. Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung. Super Frühstück. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig mit einem großen Bad ausgestattet. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Pros:

Die Sauberkeit war auf alle Fälle super.

Cons:

Das es vor Ort keine Möglichkeit gibt gut zu parken und wir keinen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage bekommen haben, da diese voll war.
Wenn man draußen im Wohngebiet direkt beim Hotel nichts mehr findet, muss man drum rum suchen & das war mehr als schwierig.
