Great place

The Breakfast was great as well as the pool with the slide. We had a blast. The staff was great with always greeting and asking if could help with anything. Only downer was the bar was closed both Friday and Saturday during our stay.

The staff was pleasant and the waterside was fun. The breakfast was great, great location.

Ran out of breakfast not ready for the weekend crowd
There was not a pleasant odor it smelt like dirty mop water
The faucet in the bathroom had a drizzle no running water

Everything was great. The rooms were very clean but the never made the beds or give us towels. Stayed 3 nights and had to ask for clean ones
There were alot of things that were broken in the room. Doors, wall paper, closets door.

Terrible internet access. The fountain in my room didn’t work . Was not aware that housekeeping wasn’t everyday. The elevator had a wet dirty towel in the corner for 48 hours until I told the front desk. The breakfast worker had a very loud radio with her and was singing loudly every morning. A bit obnoxious. The staff should all be wearing a uniform or at least a uniform shirt because I could identify who worked there. We arrived a day early and when I called to see if we could check in a day early they told me the nightly fee was 183. I told them that a 4 day stay was 117 per night. They told me because I reserved through Expedia that they could not honor the rate. We had to stay at another local hotel. The facility might look pretty but there is much that needs improvement. I would never pay 183.00 per night for that hotel.

This was an exceptionally nice 3* hotel. We have plans to return. Staff were professional, friendly, and helpful. We even lost our car keys and they sent out a search party to help us find them! They went above our expectations as we just asked them to let us know if they were found. The lobby area is beautiful and made a great backdrop for some photos of our group dressed up. The rooms were wonderful. I have a couple minor complaints that honestly didnt detract much from our overall stay.

The shower head could really use a cleaning. Theres lime build up on the waterfall shower head that blocked a few of the holes from spraying water, and the toilet seat was quite possibly the most uncomfortable seat ive sat on.

Again pretty minor things since i dont get a hotel room for the bathroom. I still managed to sit, and take a shower. So no big deal.

We will be back! And if youre reading this, seriously, book here. Its worth it.

Also! Need to add their complimentary breakfast is TOP notch. En fuego. The buiscuits and gravy and the bacon are definitely the best parts. The buiscuits are made in small batches so theyre always fresh when theyre stocked, and the bacon is made by some awesome person who somehow knows how to make bacon that is both crispy and still soft enough that you dont feel like youre chewing on crunchy leather. Dont skip out on the breakfast for real.
