Cons:

The attitude of the staff, he was not happy as the rates from booking were discounted. He asked us to wait till the check-in time although the rooms were free and they give us the worst room available in their hotel. The bed sheets, comfort were not clean. Toilet were too dirty.

Nothing I liked

Cons:

No hot water in room . Room was not cleaned and they gave worst room all charger points were loose and it was not working . Morning we had bath in cold water which I never expected

Good but can be highly improved
Pros:

The location of the hotel is good and the staff is also well behaved

Cons:

There were multiple things that did not go well
1) They did not have confirmation of booking from Booking.com but luckily they had a room so they provided me.
2) The rooms need renovation. The water was leaking and the fan was making loud noise disturbing our sleep
3) Food used to be good here but is pretty average now

Pros:

I booked the property through Expedia and paid a non-refundable room charges on 1st Aug 2022. When I arrived at the hotel to check-in, they told me we have received no voucher from Expedia. The front office staff said, we have removed our listing on Expedia and not sure why it's still appearing there and allowing people to book our rooms.

I WANT MY NON-REFUNDABLE CHARGES BACK. WHOEVER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS MESS I DON'T CARE. JUST REFUND THE ROOM CHARGES WHICH I PAID.

Very good service and excellent staff good location near bus stop alambagh and nearby alambagh metro station big size room and free wifi is available in room and neet and clean rooms and lobby I am suggest this hotel for everyone
