Enjoyable Stay!
Pros:

Our family recently stayed here for two nights on our trip out west. The guy working the front desk was very positive and helpful, which set a great tone for our stay. We settled in and the kids enjoyed the pool area which seemed to be heated. There is also some very comfortable seating in the pool area. The outdoor seating area at this hotel was super nice and they had a gas fire pit too. The front desk guy brought us a kit for smores and the kids loved that! We went back and did that the second night too and he was more than happy to get us all set up. Overall we enjoyed our stay here and would go back and stay here again!

Not as good as last time
Pros:

The room we stayed in was nice. The bar/restaurant we ate at downstairs had good food and drinks.

Cons:

We stayed here before and enjoyed it. However, this time when we tried to sit outside by the fire, there were so many birds flying overhead in and out of the building it was a little uncomfortable plus there were bird droppings on the side of the building

Some good some not so good
Pros:

This is a new hotel located in a lovely tiny picturesque town. It is well located with other lovely towns nearby including Brekenridge. It is a small hotel with a lovely lobby and great restaurant downstairs. The staff is well trained and responsive. We had only two issues that I would call out. When we got to the hotel we noticed that we were paying 600 dollars for a Mountain View. The website had the rate for that night at 377. We asked for the lower 377 rate. After much back and forth they took 100 off and gave us 20 food credit. Ok…. The other issue was the room. There was no Mountain View, we faced a wall. Also the rooms a very very small. If you compare them to any other similar quality hotel, Hyatt place, Marriott you would be surprised at how tiny they are.

Overall we still enjoyed the hotel but wanted visitors to know what to expect.

The hotel was clean, the room was clean and nicely decorated. The bar downstairs was nice and the food was good. The staff in the bar was okay.

Cons:

The room we stayed in, had a very small trashcan and after the third day, it was overflowing. The room service food tasted fine, but was a little expensive for the quality and quantity.
