The room was okay, but you can find better deals in the area.
The property charged my card with unexplained “local taxes” even though all taxes had already been paid through Booking.com and no further charges were due. Later, they failed to provide me with a proper invoice that would break down all the funds they received from me (Booking.com + these dubious “local taxes”). The staff couldn’t explain the charges. As I was constantly “greeted” with the response, “you shouldn’t have booked with a third party,” I felt the extra charge and the staff’s inability to help with anything may have been intentional in order to give my preferred booking site a bad reputation.
I have escalated these issues through Booking.com and IHG.
On top of all that pool access was the reason I booked this hotel in the first place, but the pool was not heated and therefore unusable. I don’t think customer service is in the vocabulary of this establishment.
Breakfast was good, but the restaurant was dirty(crumbs all over the floor from the night before)
Claro! Súper recomendado y el personal excelente
Todo estuvo súper bien, la pasé muy bien con mi hija y es súper seguro
Super cute
The comforter on the bed was awful I’m sorry. It kept me up all night crinkling every time I moved
The room was nice & big. A lot of potential.
The pool was broken, which was the reason I chose this hotel. We were not made aware of that until we arrived at the pool in our swimsuits and found a note. I’ve tried to contact the hotel about this and they won’t respond. We were also overcharged with a second charge; unclear what it’s for as we did not charge anything to the room. The mini-fridge is not practical and doesn’t work well.
Hotel charges you a bunch of fees that are not reflected on what you pay through booking.com
Like the direction and the room.
My experience at Hotel Indigo was extremely disappointing and far below what I expected for the price paid.
Upon arrival, there was a dirty glass left outside our room door, which immediately gave a bad first impression and showed a lack of basic cleanliness and attention to detail.
More seriously, the hotel charged USD 200 more than the amount agreed upon on the Booking.com platform. Despite repeated requests, they failed to send the receipt by email as promised. I eventually had to go in person to the front desk to obtain it. Even then, the staff could not properly explain the extra USD 200 charged. They only attempted to justify USD 150 in additional taxes and fees, which makes no sense, as these were supposedly already included in the Booking.com price.
I sent emails, followed up in person at the reception, and yet no one was able to clearly explain the charges, nor did they respond to my emails afterward. There was no manager available with the authority or willingness to resolve the issue.
Customer service was extremely poor, unprofessional, and unhelpful. Unfortunately, Booking.com also did not assist in resolving the problem, which made the situation even more frustrating.
This hotel is absolutely not worth the price charged. I would never stay here again and do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Charging guests without clear explanation feels improper and unacceptable.
Location conscience
Heard people n the halls
Absolutely nothing. Over priced. Zero customer service.
Staff was inexperienced and had no credibility.
The location, the room was designed in great taste, modern style, the bed was comfortable, check in was quick.

Instalação nova
Serviço pessimo
Friendly staff, great restaurant in the lobby, great location
Two tings that were really subpar--
1) Kucu restaurant-- no coffee and Acai bowl had no acai-- just yogurt and granola
2) Payment-- cc on file didn't go through-- I was called on Christmas eve to settle up.
