I loved the room and the view, however the attitude of the certain staff members could improve.
Pros:

The breakfast was extra and I had no problem paying. However the seating options were very limited. Adding a few (3) 2 seaters would make it more reasonable, as sitting alone at a 4-top felt too much.

Cons:

The day and night staff couldn't be more different. The day receptionist made my family feel uncomfortable and looked down upon for even staying. The night receptionist was far more respectful and had no problems.

Very noisy, lack of any sound proofing- much noisier than the average hotel room (both street noise and hallway/ adjacent rooms
I paid in full on this site. I pointed this out at check in and it was acknowledged, however my held credit card was charged in full at the location at checkout. I called later that day of checkout to bring this to their attention and was told it would be credited back should show up on my card in 2-3 business days. It did not and I called again two more times - both times the desk staff acknowledged that there was a double payment and that their manager would fix it. After about 3 weeks of no communication or return of funds, I submitted a dispute through my credit card company. The funds were then promptly refunded. Bringing this up once, with correction of the error, would have been an accident and is understandable. Bringing it up four times with complete lack of follow through on the part of hotel management is disregard for guests at best , or possibly intentional fraud.

Absolutely do not stay here
Pros:

The music from the bar is so load and the rooms are so poorly sound proofed, you can literally feel the music reverberating in your head and chest. Earplugs don’t touch it. I came here to get a night away from my baby to catch up on sleep and it was the worst night sleep of my entire life.

Cons:

Parking. You should allow parking before going inside to confirm your room. This seemed to be the biggest thing for everyone. Especially if you come from the opposite direction and there is no available parking before you go inside.

I would go back in a heart beat. I highly recommend! Excellent front desk staff!
Pros:

The front desk staff was wonderful! They were very helpful with suggesting restaurants and went out of their way to find a Korean BBQ place. Brandon was lovely!
The breakfast was out of this world! So many options and a lovely roof top setting.
The bar was great too. We had a good nights sleep and wish we could have stayed longer.

Friday night is absolutely horrendous
Pros:

The hotel was nice however the neighborhood where the hotel is not so great. It was loud till 2:30am, I mean loud music and people. I was told that the area is allowed to stay loud like that Friday evenings. After the music is out by 2:30am, people and motorcycles etc in the area were still making noise well into 3:30am. I was up till them, there was no way to fall back asleep. If you plan to stay here for Friday night (not sure about Saturday night because I only stayed one night), just remember this

Wonderful Location
Pros:

We stayed two nights and had a great stay. I understand the train noise, though staying in the back removed that nuisance. Great breakfast at the rooftop bar - also a perfect place for a drink and some food. Room comfortable, easy walk to restaurants and bars. Didn’t like the $19 per night parking charge.
