Pros:

Hotel is good . Just Strange they don’t provide iron , but they request you to send your cloth to Cleaning , then charge you . Last time I was there A/C was not working well , we change room . Gym as I mentioned previously is noted its machine are not functioning properly and not maintaining it.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Samandağ, Hatay — a region still recovering from the devastating earthquake 2.5 years ago. Given the level of destruction and my experience with other hotels in the area, this one was a pleasant surprise. The building was in relatively good condition, and the cleanliness exceeded my expectations. I stayed for just one night, but it more than met my needs. While it's not a five-star hotel, it's certainly one of the better options in the region. If I return to the area, I would definitely stay here again.

I recently stayed at the Artes Hotel in Hatay, and I must say, it was a remarkable experience. This hotel is pretty much the only one in the area still standing after the devastating earthquake in 2023, which is a testament to its solid construction and resilience.
The staff at Artes Hotel are incredibly nice and helpful. They went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable and pleasant. The food was also very good, offering a delightful taste of local cuisine.
The only minor downside is that the staff only speak Turkish. However, this is quite common throughout Turkey, except for the Antalya region where there are many tourists. Despite the language barrier, the staff’s friendliness and willingness to assist made communication manageable.
Overall, I highly recommend Artes Hotel for anyone visiting Hatay. It’s a safe, welcoming place with excellent service and delicious food.

Çok nezih ve temiz bir otel. Konsepti göze hitap ediyor. Kahvaltısı gayet yeterli. Otel otoyolun yanında olduğu için hassas olanlar için ses biraz rahatsız verici olabilir. Fiyatına kesinlikle değiyor. Hataya gelenlere kesinlikle tavsiye edilir biraz şehir merkezine uzak kalsada fiyat ve temizlik açısından değer.
