Hotel cancelled my stay and I can't get refunded
Pros:

The hotel contacted me to say there was an issue with the booking and I would have to find somewhere else to say and wouldn't have to pay despite the money having come out my account already. I contacted hotels.com to get a refund but apparently they can't get in contact with the hotel so won't refund me.

Nice place to stay.
Pros:

Accomodation was functional, comms were good, central location, walking distance from everything in central Edinburgh

Potential future star
Pros:

No key in lock box at front door was only able to gain access to flat again after being let into stairwell

Plenty potential at property just need a few basic touches such as lampshades or clearer instructions for things such as towels or cleanliness for kitchen plates cutlery etc
