Very clean unit & the staff are nice. Perfect location very accessible to where we were going. Near Robinsons Mall and LRT Stn. The view is nice since its a corner unit.
One of the beds are not comfortable to sleep in. The induction cooker is broken. No water heater. They took the chairs for repairs during our stay. Haha but its ok.
NOTHING. That is why we did not stay there and had to book a hotel instead.
As we opened the door, there was a strong, unpleasant smell, and cockroaches immediately greeted us. They were on the sofa, walls, kitchen drawers, bathrooms, bedrooms, everywhere. MY DAUGHTERS CRIED when they saw how many cockroaches there were. It was a very traumatic experience for them.
The beddings were unclean and old. The kitchen sponge left on the sink was extremely old, broken, and clearly unusable. No one would dare to use it.
I contacted the property’s point of contact and was advised to report the issue so that we could request a refund. I sincerely hope a refund will be granted, and that the property will not be rented out again unless these serious issues are fully addressed and fixed.
Really bad. The worse place i have ever stay. Looks like linen was not replaced. Room smell sooo bad. Was not able to sleep at all. Open the microwave and cocroaches inside and all over the bedroom even on my pillow . Thats why i was not able to

The location.
The facilities are not complete. There are no towel and soap/shampoo racks. There are no mirrors in the bathrooms upstairs. It's quite inconvenient since we had to hang the towels on the back of the chairs. The bathroom smells.
Also, the staff did not pick up my calls when it was time to check out, and to give back our security deposit. We had a flight to catch that morning. While I know that it was a Sunday, the service that should be provided should be 24/7 in this kind of business.
There were tine cockroaches in the bathroom and kitchen and a fly. The toilet leaks downstairs when someone is using the upper bathroom. The furnitures needs re upholstering. The beddings needs extra care likewise with the towels. The staff was friendly and helpful
