Porto was amazing. I would not use Dorma again
Pros:

Nice design and amazing staff
Daily cleaning

Cons:

No coffee in the room
No toilet brush in the rooms
Aircon was overly complicated and was set to heat rather than cool the rooms on arrival.

Ich komme gerne wieder
Pros:

Super nettes Personal und sehr schönes, sauberes und angenehmes Hotel. Die Lage ist zentral aber auch ein wenig abgelegen, etwa 15 Minuten Gehweg, von der Innenstadt.

Lekkert - og suveren frokost. Veldig service minded straff

Cons:

Litt usentralt. 30 min å gå til havna og gamlebyen - mye bygge bråk i byen generelt. Også nær hotellet

The staff were very nice, polite and helpful.
Room was clean and well maintained.
Room was quiet and comfortable bed.

Cons:

Breakfast - the choice was limited or had run out so not available.
No food available in the evenings apart from room service with limited menu.
First impressions of Reception area not very inviting.

Zeker de moeite en keurig en goed hotel. Kleine zaken ontbreken nog maar het heel vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam persone
Pros:

Heel vriendelijk personeel, goed ontbijt en zeer goede kamer. Ruim en modern ingericht. Terras was echt dik in orde alleen verlichting ontbrak nog. Zeker een aanrader alhoewel prijs wel voldoende was voor Porto en op kleine 2km vh centrum.

Cons:

Voor 4 sterren mochten er thee en koffie faciliteiten op de kamer zijn geweest. Nu 2koffies in de bar moeten bestellen op betaling. Op zich geen probleem maar voor 4sterren zou dit niet mogen.

Colazione abbondante e molto curata. L'albergo si raggiunge con autobus, ma a breve arriverà la metropolitana.
