Pros:

The bed was very comfortable, the heating worked perfectly, the interior design was cosy, the staff was really nice, easy and helpful, and the room was pristine clean.

Cons:

The toilet door in the room was a bit faulty, didn't open properly once closed. It was a bit hard to open.
The button to flush the toilet with less water was broken.

Though, none of these were a big problem.

Cons:

demasiado barulho no quarto durante a estadia, principalmente de madrugada, com os clientes a fazerem barulho, etc
o hotel podia ser melhor localizado

Estancia cómoda, limpia y muy bien ubicada
Pros:

La habitación estaba impecable, con una cama muy cómoda, espaciosa y un baño moderno. En general, es un hotel que cumple las expectativas, además el personal fue siempre muy amable y atento. La ubicación es otro punto a favor, ya que se puede llegar al centro caminando, y desde el aeropuerto se accede cómodamente gracias a una línea directa de metro. Nos gustó mucho la experiencia y sin duda repetiríamos este hotel si volviéramos.

Cons:

Todo funcionó correctamente y no tuvimos ningún inconveniente.

Pros:

Me encanto el sitio tal cual las imagenes, muy cerca del centro, teniendo sitios para comer muy cerca, el personal es super amable y simpatico, con el parking no hay problema super bien, y la verdad que la zona es muy tranquila tanto por el dia como por la noche

Cons:

A lo mejor un poco la limpieza de la mesita pero el resto estaba perfecto
