Relaxing hotel ideal for surfers
Pros:

Stayed in a gorgeous 2 storey villa with private garden and plunge pool.
Bed was comfortable and shower was great.

The food was tasty and well presented. Service was excellent .

The 2 beaches and beach bar.

Cons:

Disappointed no room service or bfast in room. Had fabulous outside space and views and would have liked to have eaten in our private space.

The main swimming pool was too small to swim in and saw nobody entering the pool.

Would have enjoyed live music or some entertainment in the evening.

The spa facilities looked great but the treatments were just too expensive.

It was a little too far out from the town centre and any trips required getting a taxi to town.

Botellas de vidrio en el agua de las habitaciones
Dispensers de jabón shampoo acondicionador y una barra de jabón artesanal en el baño

Lugar de un buen gusto infinito, con esmero estético en cada detalle

Cons:

Frigobar vacío, a veces disponer de un snack durante la noche puede ser necesario
Algunos detalles de mantenimiento en la habitación como la caja del teléfono rota o el display del aire acondicionado (no se veía la temperatura ni la función )
No hay room service, no es indispensable pero si quieres algo tienes que hacer el recorrido hasta el bar aunque sea solo una bebida, que podría estar en el frigobar (vacío)

Beautiful property but disappointing experience.
Pros:

The property itself is absolutely gorgeous. The spa and wellness offerings were very good.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the staff training is not on par with the beauty of the property itself. We had multiple issues with the front desk/concierge and other than breakfast, the food on site was not very good. Most guests chose to eat off property for lunch and dinner.

Experiencia fabulosa en la selva con hotel digno de White Lotus , demasiado caro para un single.
Cons:

Que no tienen tarifa de alojamiento individual y he tenido que pagar el doble que mis amigas y familia en este viaje.
Muy injusto, hable con la gerencia y no quisieron revisar esto
No lo recomiendo para viajeros impares

Sehr schönes Resort im indonesischen Stil, sehr gepflegt, außergewöhnlicher und weitläufiger Garten. Aufmerksames Personal, leckeres Essen.

Cons:

Wenn man etwas zu meckern hätte dann vielleicht, dass es im Bad/ Zimmer (wir hatten nicht die Villa) keinen Schminkspiegel gab bzw keinen geeigneten Platz mit genügend Licht.
In keinem Zimmer gibt es übrigens einen Fernseher, was überhaupt nicht schlimm war, aber man sollte sich darauf einstellen ;-)
