No designet smoking area for this hight level hotel
O alojamento é incrível. Super bonito, bem tratado, imensas atividades para fazer dentro do próprio hotel e que são gratuitas. Desde o SPA, aulas de vários tipos de yoga, aulas de relaxamento etc. O transfer gratuito também é uma grande mais valia.
The food was good and housekeeping, wait staff and concierge were kind. But a horrible incident of sexual assault perpetrated by a staff member tainted my entire stay and made me feel unsafe, left me traumatized and sent me back home requiring therapy. I am a senior citizen. How sick is that and the property charged me after promising to refund me. Nothing to like.
I was a victim of sexual assault by a staff member during a paid spa session deep in a private jungle setting where no one could hear me. It was a crime of opportunity. I am a senior citizen, and it was so disturbing. I could not feel more unsafe and was traveling alone. After reporting it to the property manager, I was assured that an internal investigation would take place, apologies were made, and I was promised a full refund. That did not happen.

Es como estar en un oasis, tiene diversas actividades que pudimos disfrutar durante nuestra estadía como yoga, temazcal, sonoterapia entre otros . El desayuno es buenissimo

Es difícil compartir la experiencia, porque las palabras no bastan para describir la amabilidad de todo el personal (siempre atento a cada detalle), las instalaciones del hotel, el buen gusto en el diseño y la decoración de todo el complejo; nada está fuera de lugar. Mención especial para el spa y las experiencias que ofrece: meditación, sesiones de respiración, masajes chamánicos, sauna, hielo, gimnasio y otras alternativas... todo en medio de un entorno de ensueño, en medio de la selva panameña y con el sonido de las olas del mar como música de fondo. Cabe destacar la atención de Ariel, Mario y Gustavo, siempre atentos y haciéndonos sentir como huéspedes de lujo. Mención especial para el restaurante: comida deliciosa en un ambiente único. Sinceramente, el hotel, su propuesta, sus instalaciones y el ambiente que envuelve todo el complejo superaron con creces nuestras expectativas.

Lo mejor, las instalaciones del hotel, la comodidad de la Villa 6, los senderos para ir a los masajes , saunas y yoga, Bluff Beach, una maravillosa playa de kilómetros solo para 3 o 4 parejas, la amabilidad de los empleados, el transporte que provee el hotel a las playas y aeropuerto
Si cortan un poco las plantas. la vista desde la terraza de mi villa sería extraordinaria. Hacen falta opciones de cuatrimotos y bicicletas para moverse por los alrededores

The management, specifically Jessica something, a middle 35 to 40 black women, very rude, unprofessional and she was going to give us and unfair room just because she Wanted it, she didnt have any will to help us, and threated us like unworthy guests, what a Shame such a Great hotel made less in service cause of her
Everything was wonderful. From yoga ( Sarah yoga teacher was amazing) and workout classes to the food in the restaurant.
We really appreciated how nice all the staff was - especially shiny and smoky lady with her braces on ( I apologize I forgot the name Lilka ?).
Would highly reccomend to anyone who seeks the peace.
