Kleine Punkte die stören aber alles in allem ein super toller Aufenthalt
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr schön und in einem guten Zustand und sehr sehr sauber.
Der gartenbereich war gigantisch schön und groß. Super gepflegt und mit dem Wasserspielen unglaublich. Man konnte durch den privaten Wald schlendern und perfekt im spa Bereich zur Ruhe kommen. Der balinesische Stil war überall und einfach perfekt und viel Liebe zum Detail. Pool und allgemein jede Räumlichkeiten absolut sauber. Beim Frühstück waren fast alle Mitarbeiter total nett, lächelnd und professionell. Es hat sich wirklich nach Luxus angefühlt.Frühstück gab es zwar nur nach Wahl aus einer Karte, dafür aber unglaublich lecker und wunderschön hergerichtet. Der Yoga Bereich im Freien mitten im Wald mit das war unglaublich schön und sauber. Das Angebot war einfach Mega. Ich mache regelmäßig Yoga und kenne mich ganz gut aus. Die Lehrerin war sehr sehr gut, professionell und freundlich. Das Animal Flow war anspruchsvoll aber hat total Spaß gemacht. Hat uns echt überrascht wie gut ein sportprogramm im Hotel sein kann. Das Gym hatte alles was man braucht

Cons:

Der Punkt der uns am meisten gestört hat: keine Fliegengitter im Zimmer! Geht gar nicht wir wollten abends das Meer hören und lüften, ging dann leider nicht. In so einem Land ist das ein Muss! Die Auflagen auf Stühlen und liegen wurden abends nicht reingeholt, weswegen sie meistens komplett nass waren bis sie nachmittags getrocknet sind. Die Massagen absolut überteuert, haben wir nicht bezahlt da es hieß.150€-200€ je nach Massage und 1-2h je nach Körper Wo ich mir denke einer zahlt 150€ für 2h und ich dann vielleicht das selbe für 1h? Ganz sicher nicht. Am Empfang fand ich das Personal total unprofessionell. Ich kam an gestresst von der Reise und saß noch nicht mal und musste irgendwas unterschreiben. Sollte dann aus meinem Gepäck meinen pass rausholen und während ich in suchte wurde mir mein welcomedrink zwischen Tür und Angel in die Hand gedrückt. Fand ich nicht schön. Hätte man anders lösen können. Die Restaurants waren absolut überteuert. Quasi null Auswahl für Vegetarier außer eine Suppe für 18€ für eine winzige Portion. Frühstück gab es kein buffet sondern eine Karte was ich seltsam fand, dort gab es auch sehr wenig Auswahl ich glaube 8 verschiedene Dinge und die ganze Woche das selbe. Pool schon sehr klein und Zimmer leider echt dunkel wegen abgedunkelten Scheiben was bei so einem tollen Ausblick schade ist. Das Meer vor dem Hotel ist durch die Korallen die sehr scharfkantig sind ohne Badeschuhe nicht betretbar und in den Ort soll man für das Shuttle 5 Dollar pro Person zahle das heißt hin und zurück 10 Dollar pro Person. Finde ich total frech. Warum nicht einfach drei Shuttles pro Tag in dem Ort fahren lassen die für mehrere Leute geeignet sind und diese dann um sonst? Sollte bei 5 Sternen drin sein

We had an amazing stay ! I feel so relaxed and pampered !
Pros:

Gorgeous property - very white lotus ! The spa and yoga classes were excellent- the breakfast was great ! All of the staff members are excellent !

Cons:

The beach is a bit of a ride down a bumpy ride but once you get there it’s beautiful

One of the most exceptional and memorable hospitality experiences I have ever had.
Pros:

The property is simply beautiful. From the views to the architecture to how peaceful and secluded everything feels, it honestly felt like a true luxury retreat. I loved how intimate the entire space felt, never crowded, always relaxing, and perfectly designed to make you feel disconnected from the world in the best way possible. Every part of the property felt intentional, and it created one of the most enjoyable and memorable stays I’ve ever had.

Cons:

The only thing we did not enjoy was spending a good amount of time exploring the property hoping to spot one of the famous sloths… and unfortunately they apparently had other plans. Outside of the wildlife not making an appearance, we truly have zero complaints.

Cons:

Les chambres avec humidité non controlée! Terriblement trop humide dans la chambre. Sinon le reste était parfait. La note descend beaucoup a cause de cela.

A worthwhile stay and I would return
Pros:

The rooms were lovely, the staff were all really friendly, The free transfer from Bocas Town and return transfer is a real bonus. The views are stunning and the gardens are just beautiful.

Cons:

Room service would have been really nice to have, the mini bar was completely empty, if this was either stocked or that at reception they could give you an option to stock the mini bar at a fee if neccessary. Specifically if room service is too complicated to do considering the lay out of the property. To be noted though there is a good coffee machine.

Una excelente alternativa para desconectarse de todo y concentrarse en uno mismo!
Pros:

Junto con mi esposa pasamos unos días estupendos disfrutando de la buena comida y atención del personal, todos muy amables y serviciales. Las instalaciones son excelentes, un descanso total. Muy recomendable para desconectarse de todo y pasar unos dias muy relajados y en paz. Con ganas de volver nuevamente.

Cons:

Los servicios de masajes son altos y con la amplia variedad de tipos a uno le gustaría tomar mas. Seria recomendable ofrecer paquetes a precios de descuento.
