Einfach ein magischer Ort - Luxus mitten im Dschungel
Pros:

Ein magischer Ort, direkt im Regenwald, eine sehr tolle SPA-Anlage, generell ist die Hotelanlage sehr im Bali-Stil gehalten und einfach ein Traum! Sehr schöne und saubere Zimmer, gute Klimaanlage, gutes WLAN. Ein Großteil des Personals war freundlich und prinzipiell sehr aufmerksam. Es gibt auch tolle Yogaübungen und ein gutes Fitnesstudio

Cons:

Leider war die Besetzung der Rezeption oft nicht sehr bemüht und eher weniger hilfreich bei Nachfragen. Essen war liebevoll angerichtet, aber geschmacklich manchmal nichts besonderes - manche Kellner waren sehr vergesslich bei zusätzlichen Bestellungen/Wünschen

Relax y confort frente al mar y la selva
Pros:

El hotel es muy bonito y tranquilo, con muy buenas instalaciones y decoración.
La piscina climatizada preciosa! Y las vistas de la habitación al mar y la selva una pasada!!

Cons:

Por decir algo que no se pudiera coger en régimen de mp pq cerca no hay restaurantes para poder ir caminando.

Las chicas de recepcion deben informar mas ;sobre las actividades que se pueden realizar en la isla;las playas y excursiones que pueden hacer los huespedes

Pros:

Lujo asiático en el caribe panameño.

Cons:

No puedo quejarme de nada. Por ahí un poco de la humedad pero completamente entendible dado el destino 🤷‍♂️

Pros:

Les infrastructures sont très très belle. L’extérieur est agréable et fait penser à l’Asie. Le spa est très jolie. La vue sur la mer est sublime.

Cons:

La nourriture est catastrophique. J’ai voulu 2-3 fois manger le midi ou le soir et c’était vraiment décevant. Le personnel a l’accueil ne parle pas très bien anglais et pas vraiment au petit soin. Ils ont pas les codes. Les salles de bain sont cheap. L’humidité rentre beaucoup dans les chambres car il y a un espace entre le sol et la porte.

Hotel exclusivo. Muy buen desayuno. El personal excelente.

Cons:

No tiene TV en las habitaciones, muchos mosquitos en la habitación. La comida relación calidad precio muy cara. No nos informaron correctamente de los precios de los masajes. La tienda de souvenirs muy cara.

El programa de actividades es excelente Sarah la profesora de yoga es maravillosa y el club de playa que esta al frente tiene un excelente menu, muy bien ejecutado...fue una muy linda experiencia!

Certainly a highlight of our trip! We loved every second of it!
Pros:

Very friendly and polite staff. Very nice activities and amenities, especially the sauna and temazcal.
Beautiful jungle, plants and nature all around the property. Delicious food and classy drinks. Superb view and very clean and comfortable rooms.

Cons:

The extra activities are quite pricey.
