Great service, beautiful surrounds and lovely rooms.
Pros:

The staff was so friendly but 3 in particular stood out; Lireyka in the restaurant, Nashon in the gift store and Monserrat at the front desk. Each went above and beyond to help my husband and me. Additionally, the management arranged an Oscar viewing party and it was clear they went to a lot of trouble to make it most enjoyable. All of which is to say that they care about their guests. Exquisite grounds, beautifully appointed rooms, lovely pools; all in all fantastic stay.

Cons:

I found the restaurant, excursions and spa slightly on the expensive side. Restaurant food was delicious but not much variety for a vegetarian. A lunch/dinner salad would be nice in such a warm climate.

Excelente experiencia!
Pros:

La amabilidad del personal fue de 10! Nos mimaron de varias formas: preparándonos cócteles a medida, un día para el desayuno íbamos con prisa y nos prepararon un tupper para llevar, nos prestaron snorkels para bucear, nos recibieron con unos chocolates y un vino por nuestra luna de miel. Siempre nos recibían con una sonrisa. Nos ayudaron a cuadrar excursiones y paseos. Un servicio excelente. De los mejores que hemos tenido.
Las instalaciones increíbles. La comida espectacular! La piscina, las vistas, todo!

Cons:

Los tratamientos del spa me parecieron un poco caros.

Viajando por Panamá y disfrutando del país.
Pros:

Tanto el desayuno como su restaurante es excelente. El entorno del Hotel y su limpieza, así como la decoración.
La playa está un poco alejada, pero se cuenta con transporte desde el Hotel a uno de sus Beach Club.
Personal muy eficiente, profesional y muy amable.

Cons:

Ubicación algo alejada de la ciudad pero con traslados desde el Hotel a buen precio y cómodos.

Beautiful facility. Wonderful breakfasts and excellent customer service.

Cons:

There was an issue with the AC in our room. It was either freezing cold and blasting continuously, or if we tried to turn it down, the humidity in the room would build to a point that the mirrors fogged up and the floor was dangerously slippery.

It was as I expected! Perfect thanks
Pros:

Thanks to Edgard, Pol, Lyricya( not sure about her name but she was there on the morning for the breakfast) Will and all the other, it was perfect. I liked how the staff treated us, I liked the food at the restaurant and I also liked the environment of la carolina house.

Cet hôtel est absolument magnifique, on se croirait à Bali au milieu de la jungle en bord d’océan. Le staff est absolument adorable et serviable aux petits soins. Pour les clients. Le restaurant est extraordinaire. Le beach club est au même niveau avec une pina colada Excellente très bien dosée ,des chambres très luxueuse Tout est de très haut niveau le côté spa, fantastique est rn plein milieu de la jungle, vous avez une petite piscine chauffée Accessible tout le temps et des petits ateliers sont proposés au milieu de la jungle pour agrémenter vos journées.
