The facilities, particularly the spa facilities and the balcony overlooking the ocean. the spa swimming pool overlooking the jungle was amazing. The massages were also excellent and open setting surrounded by birds and nature was unforgettable.
the food was very disappointing. The staff was not very professional. I booked a massage for a set time and then they changed for a later time at the last minute, without telling me. They just made me wait for an extra half hour, which almost made me lose my transport to the airport.

La chica que da Yoga no conduce con el hotel. Fui y me dijo que no era para mí. Y ella pasó charlando con 2 amigos que fueron a la clase. Creo deberían hacer algo para huéspedes

Los mozos se olvidan de los pedidos; taxi compartido, no tiene playa con arena, no funcionó el anexo de la habitación y en la terraza los espacios entre madera y madera del piso, permiten que las patas de las sillas se metan; una señora de edad casi se cae.

Really beautiful gardens and trails. The spa was lovely, as was the swimming pool and gym. I loved the morning yoga/workout classes, and the spa treatments. We saw howler monkeys, guinea pigs, squirrels, and many birds on the property. It was an amazing experience. We wanted to stay longer, but we couldn't rebook our flight back to Panama City.
Dinner at the restaurant was okay. Would recommend trying local restaurants if staying for more than one night,
La estetica del hotel y la buena predisposicion del personal
En mi opinion el valor en 330 por noche es una exageracion para la habitacion que me toco en suerte, la ultima lindera de la propiedad en planta baja sin vista, y se escuchaba musica por la noche de la propiedad lindante.
No tenia ni Bidet ni duchador, en mi opinion inaceptable para un 5 estrellas.
No tenia un calentador de agua en la habitacion,
pero a cada pedido de agua caliente fue muy bien atendido por el personal.
Por ultimo hay ocasiones que menos es mas, la primera noche cenamos en el hotel, tratan de hacer tan sofisticados los platos que terminan no siendo agradables, terminamos saliendo todo el resto de las noches a cenar en el Ultimo Refugio y Pier19, y es una pena porque la verdad que el entorno en el hotel es muy lindo.
