Pros:

駅から近い。安い。

Cons:

禁煙ルームでしたが、部屋全体が足の蒸れたような臭い。
ウオシュレットがない。
洗面台の配管が詰まっているのか水が溜まってしまう。水を止めるとボコボコと排水される。
旧式で洗面とお風呂が共通の水回りなのは仕方ないが蛇口とか清掃がされておらず黒カビがそのまま。
ベット横の時計が壊れており時間が分からずアラームもだめ。

Pros:

部屋に入ってから鍵をさすと抜けなくなるため部屋から出る時に探す手間が省けたし、鍵の紛失防止になると感じました。職員の方は丁寧ですごく優しくとても良い印象でした。

Cons:

テレビのところについているライトや備え付けのドライヤーの上などほこりやゴミが目立ちました。お風呂の壁の汚れが指で擦ると落ちたり、きちんと掃除されていない印象でした。また、使ったあとのタオルがすごく生乾き臭がしました。
