The staff at the desk were very friendly!
Pros:

Great Location and Great Staff at the front desk

Cons:

Bathroom floors had dirt and small pieces of trash in the toilet and vanity areas. Grout was filthy. Not a single bed side light worked. Yes, we made sure the light was on at the wall! They did not work. Room had an odd oder. Also, realized the kids had left their toothbrush and they couldn’t give us one because they were locked up??? Thank goodness Walmart is right out of the parking lot.

Pros:

Clean. I was told, through booking. Com i could check in by noon. When i got there, i was told mu room would not be ready till 3. I also called 2 after booking to confirm this and also confirmed the day before. I though l was as talking to the hotel directly.

Cons:

The only thing that was wrong, but could have been fixed quickly if we would called, we didnt’t, was the lights by bed did nit work. We tried different things and other switches. Nice clean hotel. Nice Staff. Easy on off I-20.

We had an awesome time! Can’t really complain. I just wish it was cleaner in the bathroom and the floors.
Pros:

The breakfast and staff were awesome!

Cons:

It was the cleanest, and we also had a few problems with the AC, Tv Remote, and lock on the door.

The air conditioner. You need to inform customers that you use the wall unit and not the unit or self. I turn off the unit and couldn't get it back on we sweated all night. Front desk came about 4 am when I called to try and fix it

This is one of the best places to stay in West Monroe.
Pros:

Location. It was quiet, clean and had friendly staff.

Cons:

The cost is competitive but I think the cost of hotel stays are just expensive.
