Cons:

The air conditioner. You need to inform customers that you use the wall unit and not the unit or self. I turn off the unit and couldn't get it back on we sweated all night. Front desk came about 4 am when I called to try and fix it

This is one of the best places to stay in West Monroe.
Pros:

Location. It was quiet, clean and had friendly staff.

Cons:

The cost is competitive but I think the cost of hotel stays are just expensive.

Overall it was nice, comfortable and clean. I just didn’t like the bugs and it wasn’t enough towels.

It was clean and smelled really good. The mattress/pillows was so comfortable and soft

Cons:

I didn’t like the fact that, it wasn’t enough towels in the room and I saw GIGANTIC, DISGUSTING, CRIPPY water bugs or Cockroaches.🫪🤮😱I only saw them and the bathroom area. The shower door would not stay closed.

Pros:

Close proximity to the freeway, close to restaurants, Walmart and QT for fuel. I liked that the floors were tile/wood and not carpet.

Cons:

Pillows so flat would barely call them pillows. Indoor pool not heated. There was a crack on the ceiling.

Cons:

Small and limited pillows. Feel like we paid too much when we got the final bill. Three people and one slept on the pull out sofa bed that was seriously uncomfortable.

Great stay
Pros:

Clean and laundry was a plus.

Cons:

No complaints but I do have a complaint about a flight that was cancelled and I haven't received a refund and communication with booking.com has been a nightmare. Would not recommend booking.com for flights as of now.
