Lokalizacja super, ale na 5* nie zasługuje!

Dobra lokalizacja, taras na dachu

Cons:

To nie jest hotel 5*. Mieliśmy dość mały pokój, w którym był dziwny zapach i było dość ciemno. Śniadania nie przystosowane do takiej liczby gości, z dość skromnym wyborem.

Great location and super value for money.
Pros:

Amazing location in the heart of Bilbao. Rooms were modern and clean and staff attentive and helpful for our short stay allowing us to make the most of the city.
Lovely rooftop bar and breakfast was delicious.

Cons:

Workmen in the breakfast area in the morning creating a lot of noise.
Staff at roof top bar a little slow to serve.

Pros:

Air conditioned, immaculately clean, good size room, total blackout curtains and great rooftop bar. The receptionist staff were super helpful and polite. Fabulous location

Cons:

The rooftop bar staff weren’t very friendly or efficient and made us feel as if we were an inconvenience, even though we were the guests there.

Hotel kamers en vooral bed zijn next level goed

Cons:

Heel lastig aankomen met auto. Je moet op een busbaan je auto zetten om koffers uit te laden.
