Cons:

Espera desayuno (25 de cola)
Nos dieron información errada teléfono (desayuno)
No nos sabían informar sobre el servicio de habitaciones (entre 4 no lo sabían)
Tuvimos que pedir dos veces para que nos arreglasen la cama
El aire acondicionado solo se apaga desde recepción, no lo puedes hacer desde el mando
El drenaje de la ducha no funcionaba (más de 3min de ducha se colapsa)
No les iba el sistema durante en checkin

Location was great, and the overall atmosphere was not pretentious, just friendly. If you expect feudal servility then book somewhere else. We had a nice room with a great view.

Pros:

localización ideal, cómodo y limpio.

Cons:

El desayuno lento y con poco personal que hace que el desayuno sea desesperante. Parking más cercano lejos del hotel y no tiene área donde poder para a dejar las maletas al menos.

Pros:

Prachtige kamer met super lekker bed. Hele lekkere douche. Locatie top. Vlakbij het oude centrum en het theater.

Cons:

De verlichting is ruim voldoende maar erg moeilijk te bedienen.

Great location
Pros:

Staff were friendly, very central location and we were upgraded to a premium room on arrival.

Cons:

Some little touches were missing from a premium room such as stoppers in the sinks, robes and slippers, milk for tea. Also no cleaning was done on the Sunday so we had to ask for extra toilet roll.

La verdad, nos gustó todo. Cada vez que requerimos ayuda del personal nos la proporcionaron enseguida. Las instalaciones son perfectas. Pasamos tres días maravillosos.
