Le petit déjeuner est très complet. rien ne manque. le personnel est aux petits soins, serviable et souriant et poli; Monsieur ULAS DOGAN est très attentionné et Monsieur BURAK est également très présent. Bravo à toute l'équipe.

I really enjoyed my stay at Merlin Hotel. The staff was kind, professional, and always willing to help. The front desk team made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Room service was excellent and always arrived quickly. I also enjoyed the breakfast. It was an additional cost, but the food was fresh, nutritious, and worth it.

Since I was traveling alone, I was a little nervous at first, but the staff helped make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. My husband and I plan to visit Istanbul together in the future, and Merlin Hotel will be one of our first choices.

Thank you to the entire team for a wonderful stay.

I honestly did not have any major complaints during my stay. The staff was helpful, the hotel was clean, and everything went smoothly.

I’ve been to Bakırköy a couple of times, but this was our first stay at this hotel, and it was truly a great experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcomed. Burak was an excellent host—kind, generous, and incredibly helpful with recommendations that made our stay even better. His warm hospitality really stood out and made us feel at home. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bakırköy and would be happy to stay here again.

Pros:

This is one of the best hotels in Istanbul, located in the Bakırköy area. My family and I have been staying here whenever we visit Istanbul for more than six or seven years. All of the staff are very polite, friendly, and helpful, and the quality of everything they offer is excellent. The rooms are also very clean and well-maintained. We are truly grateful to them and highly appreciate their hospitality.
