Tight for 5 people but location and staff great
Pros:

Location was good close to Ueno station but still a little walk up the road. Facility was clean and 7-11 right up the road, which was handy. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Tight room for 5 people. Found a way to make it work but a bit narrow.

This hoel is eay to get to and withing walking distance to Ueno Station and many restauraunts. This place is a great val

the kitchen was great, bathroom nice, room a good size, Great staff, Mini split excellent for A/C
Big fridge. Comes with Bathrobe and slippers and tv that allows Netflix and youtube. The big dining table was great. Location is excellent for Ueno museums, trains and subways and walking to Asakusa if desired. We even walked to Skytree,

Cons:

Bed a bit hard like a futon, Bedding decent but comforter very thin, Dining area main light very harsh. windows open but they were dirty, view is the railroad lines so it can be noisy at times if window is open...with window closed its quiet. The street outside is a bit dirty compared to other streets in the area.

房間很大，這次六人住，行李都能放的下，住宿交通很方便，唯一小缺點是座電梯要按密碼，當二隻手拿滿東西的時候有一點點不方便。

Pros:

Very clean, friendly staff. Room was well stocked, everything was clear. I did have to use google translate for the washing machine and a/c remote but that was easy enough. Would thoroughly recommend and book again when I return to Tokyo.
