A decent location in Ueno
Pros:

MONday Apart Premium UENO was an okay stay. The location was fine. The property was setup like apartments, you are in a pretty residential area of Tokyo. They have signs asking to keep the noise down as it’s a residential area. This was a plus for us. There are two convenience stores nearby. They made it simple to get into the elevators and your room. They also stored our luggage for us after checkout which was great. The staff was pretty nice and helpful.

Cons:

The beds are quite firm. It was hard for me to get comfortable. Along with this the property presses up again this highway. It was hard to sleep. Bring ear plugs.

Very modern, clean and comfortable. Quite a small room though and futon beds are not very thick so ground is hard to sleep on. Otherwise excellent

Pros:

No frills but everything you need station Ueno and walk to Asakusa was just 1 km away . Great value of money

Cons:

Little bit to get use to codes of rooms and elevators but I am happy no plastic cards

Pros:

Great size room for 2 adults and 2 kids in Tokyo, washing machine was super handy and supermarkets close by. There was a cafe opening up downstairs as we were left which would be a great addition. Staff were amazing incredibly helpful and attentive. We really liked Ueno easy to get around and 10 minutes to a great park for our kids to burn off some steam.

Size of the apartment was good for 4 people. Location was close to park.

We have discovered some insects in the room. Staff helped to change room but still it was not a nice experience to see them and change the room midnight.
