Really pleasant place to stay in Tumba with good food (when available)

Cons:

Restaurant hours are strange, closed some nights late in the week and open others. Kitchen shuts early but they are busy and food took a long time to arrive

Pros:

The property is very clean. The staff are friendly. I did think it was on the expensive side, considering it is a small county town in the middle of nowhere but I accept that country motels have the same expenses and big city hotels. Price is comparable to staying in Sydney CBD. The motel has a really nice restaurant with a great menu and good quality food.

Good stay within walking distance of town. Nice and safe spot with comfy beds.
Pros:

The lady behind the counter was awesome. She was so sweet and went out of her way to help us a in a couple of different ways Eg. extra coffee for the morning when we were dealing with a couple of over-excited kids.

Cons:

Having a working generator for when a storm blacked out the entire place, but seeing as it was in the middle of the night it wasn't really a big deal. Might be key if someone had some kind of powered medical device, though.
