Pros:

The location for the property provided in the Expedia app was wrong. I went to that place at 11 pm and found no hotel there. I tried calling the hotel 100 times but nobody answered even though it was ringing. After I raised the issue with the customer care they said they cannot give a refund even after such a mental trauma though it was their fault for setting the wrong location in Google maps.
