Pros:

Great hotel, really comfortable beds and pillows.....Staff was very friendly and nice! Great location if you're going to the Golden one center.... little tricky pulling in to get your car valeted due to that it's on a main street but other than that everything was super great!

Very grateful, and blessed to have a clean, safe place to stay with my daughter for her first concert.

Comfortable stay
Pros:

Great location, near local shops, restaurants and venues. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The food and drinks were excellent. I would recommend staying here if you plan to visit the capital, catch a baseball game or attending a local concert.

Perfectly fine except for insufficient seating and no safe in the room.
Pros:

This was a last minute booking and everything was more or less as I expected it would be.

Cons:

There was only one chair in king bed room, which I think might prove insufficient if sharing the room one with or more people. It was also a desk chair on wheels which I do not think would be very stable for many guests. Lastly, there was no safe in the room. They said it was because it was a “boutique” hotel, which is a ludicrous response.

One night stay for graduation
Pros:

Location of the hotel was excellent for our event at the Golden 1 Center. It was just a short 5 minute walk.

The room was clean. Higher floor rooms had a good view.

Only Valet parking in this hotel. It was $40-50.

Explorist status customers multiple requests for late checkout were ignored without acknowledgement or responses!

My take
Pros:

Every single employee was incredibly nice. Cool musical hotel theme. Great food. The location is awesome. Located next to everything! 5 minute walk to Old Town or the Capitol Building. 1 minute walk to tge sports arena. Don't forget to try Cafex for amazing coffee, right next door.

Pros:

地理位置非常好，正好在市中心。员工真的很nice，会帮忙解决问题。早餐很美味。

Cons:

Hyatt现在都不给牙刷、拖鞋。对于旅游出行不是很方便。然后没有烧水壶，想喝热水得用咖啡机。

Great stay.
Pros:

Great place to stay for events at Golden 1 Center. Rooms very clean and staff very accomodating. Staff at breakfast were very friendly. Would definitely stay her again.

There are not enough Thank You's!
Pros:

To everyone at The Hyatt Sacramento a huge thank you from two weary travellers from the UK on a road trip across the USA.
From the moment we pulled up outside the valets were amazing. Super friendly and helpful. The front of house team were yet again so professional, welcoming, friendly and they really made us feel "at home". Check out the guitar shaped front desk, the Marshall Amps and the vinyl collection.
This hotel really is beautiful. I know from the research that we did prior to our road trip that Sacramento has a lot of bad press and some of it on the outskirts is justifiable. Here we felt very safe and very much relaxed. Our only regret is that we didn't get to stay another day.
Our room was stunning with homages to the lates and greats of music history. The bed was perfect with what we took as high quality Egyptian cotton bed linen. We slept like babies with no noise from the road! As for cleanliness - perfect !!!!
The bar on the 6th is a great way to chill and have a drink while watching the world go by.
Perfect in everyday for us.

Yet again team Hyatt - thank you so very much for an amazing stay at your beautiful hotel.
