I had a great stay at the Moxy Downtown Los Angeles. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the location was very convenient with plenty of restaurants, bars, and things to do nearby. I especially enjoyed the Level 8 experience—it was definitely a highlight of the stay!
My only disappointment was the size of the king corner room. I expected it to be a little more spacious, and having a small table or additional room to move around would have made the stay even more comfortable. I also wish the room had included a mini refrigerator, which would have been a nice convenience.

Another issue was the air conditioning. The room never felt cool enough and was quite stuffy, which made it difficult to feel comfortable, especially with the limited space.
The best parts of our stay were the food, updated room and how friendly the staff was. The breakfast included was not only generous but extremely delicious. Waiters were courteous and kind.
The price for valet parking was very high, but it was still the most convenient option for our family. We had dinner from their restaurant delivered to our room which was delicious but also very pricey.
The Clayton club rooftop restaurant and bar was amazing! The service was great and our waitress was so sweet.
Our bathroom shower door didn’t shut, there was water leaking out all over the floor anytime we showered. It was hot and musty in the room, our AC wouldn’t go down past 70 and had a total of 52 percent humidity the entire time. Housekeeping didn’t change out our bedsheets or remove the trash’s our fridge was leaking all over our room floor. The homeless in the area is also absolutely insane.
La posizione è eccezionale , centralissima e ben servita. Colazione preferisco a buffet, mentre era servita che per certi aspetti è anche uno standard più elevato ed era eccellente. Camere confortevoli e pulite. Servizio parcheggio ottimo a pagamento.

Everything was wonderful, such a comfortable bed, clean shower and bathroom, quite rooms
Only complaint was the room was very dark, the lights all worked but everything was very dim

Great hotel, really comfortable beds and pillows.....Staff was very friendly and nice! Great location if you're going to the Golden one center.... little tricky pulling in to get your car valeted due to that it's on a main street but other than that everything was super great!
