Pros:

This is a fine hotel, nice lobby and restaurant. The rooms seem fine on the surface and the shower is actually pretty nice, but there's definitely more scuffs on the furniture and the walls than would be expected. Overall, it's a fine hotel.

Great Stay... Booking.com Had Higher Prices
Pros:

The location, amenities, room and breakfast surpassed my expectations.

Cons:

The price on Hyatt Centric Downtown Sacramento website was $250 cheaper than Booking.com. I contacted Booking.com customer service twice to alter the pricing and did not hear back. It's too bad, as I use Booking.com for most of my reservations. I will be aware of this in the future.

Pros:

Great location, breakfast was good.

Cons:

We had an exterior facing window, I would recommend providing sound machines in those rooms to help with the street noise.

Pros:

I liked that the property is in downtown Sacramento in the middle of everything!

Cons:

There was nothing not to like.

It’s okay, but not worth the price.
Pros:

The room is nicely decorated and staff was polite.

Cons:

It looks a little run down. Scuff marks on the walls and holes in the curtain. It just doesn’t match the price point.
