Great staff. We always stay here for girls weekend.

Cons:

Construction, but that is beyond the hotels control. Parking two cars would be nice for the four of us but it's a little pricey.

Nice and clean, in Downtown
Pros:

The hotel is fresh, modern, and very clean. I enjoy staying there. I especially like that they have underground parking ($25 per night), which was very convenient since we visited during snowy weather.

The room was very spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a large bathroom. The kitchen had all the necessary appliances: a big fridge, microwave, electric stove, and dishwasher.

Breakfast is like a typical American breakfast at such type of hotel. Nothing special.

Cons:

There is a large construction site right next to the hotel building, which makes the surroundings less pleasant when walking or driving around the area.

However, it was not noisy during our stay. Since we visited in winter, it seemed that no construction work was taking place at that time.

Great hotel! I HIGHLY recommend!
Pros:

This was, without exception, the cleanest Marriot we've ever encountered. I would not stay anywhere else in Rochester. The location was excellent, and the staff was so friendly and helpful.

Cons:

I did not like that we had to pay to park. Granted, it was a heated garage, so that helped.

Marriott for the win
Pros:

I had a great stay at your beautiful hotel, even with all the construction around it. The room was very nice and clean. The service was great, and I especially wanted to give a shout out to Brittany from the front desk, who has been absolutely wonderful. Brittany and Geoff from the FD were also awesome. The shuttle drivers Paul and Dan were great and very helpful. I work at the East Lansing Marriott and I just want to say kudos and thank you! Having to go to the Mayo Clinic is stressful, but you all made it a breeze. ❤️ Karima Clark
