Das perfekte Stadthotel in Brooklyn
Pros:

Sehr freundlicher Service an Rezeption Checkin extrem unkompliziert. Unser Zimmer im elften Stock hatte einen herrlichen Blick bis zur Freiheitsstatue war Licht und ich liebe es das mal ein Fenster öffnen kann Betten komfortabel.

Cons:

Eigentlich nichts,
Ich finde die Musik in dem Lounge/ Barbereich sehr laut und es ist dort extrem klimatisiert.

Cool public space but not nice enough to be a guest.
Pros:

The lobby was really interesting and comfortable.

Cons:

Sometimes the staff was not terribly friendly. But sometimes they really were.
The faucet handles in the sink were really difficult to adjust and the hot water out of the sink was so hot it was burning
The floors in the gym were so dirty you could see the dirt and Hair and the treadmills had hundreds of sweat marks. The shelves were covered in dirt and hairs, and it looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in months.
I would not choose this hotel again.

Very Brooklyn vibes with great location.
Pros:

Great location, cool vibe.

Cons:

Not that it’s a negative but the lobby is a party club over the weekend which might not be for everyone. I didn’t mind it but can imagine it not being for everyone.

Staff probably could have been a bit friendlier

Overall the stay was good and the hotel was convineintly located for our purpose.
Pros:

the room was a good size + the bathroom was also a good size.
they had tea kettle .... since USA is a country of coffee drinkers mostly kettle is not available (only coffee machine)

Cons:

the room had no cupboard. there was no choice but to open up your suitcase & leave it open, living out of the suitcase.

we were 2 people , so 2 open suitcases took up a lot of space. a cupboard or drawers to put away things would have been convenient.

we were on the 9th floor, but the rumblings from the metro still made a noise & shook the room.... needed time to get used to it to fall asleep.

Pros:

Very nice, comfortable, and the bed and the pillows are very cosy.
When we arrived, the key wasn’t working and neither was the Wi-Fi due to technical issues, which were resolved the following day.
The air conditioning is very strong in the lobby, but that’s how it’s done in America, and the premises downstairs (including the restaurants) are lovely; if we’d been on our own, we would certainly have made the most of them.
You CAN'T hear the music at all in the rooms.
The location is very convenient, whether you’re walking or taking the underground.
The staff are really friendly and helpful.
I’d recommend it and would stay there again
