Hotellet verkar trevligt men akta er för att betala med kort!

Miljön och stilen passade oss bra. Mer mysigt än elegant.

De debiterade oss tre gånger det avtalade priset. Bakgrunden var att vår flight med SAS den 27 mars blev inställd, och vi bokades om till den 28 mars. Vi ringde och meddelade hotellet detta. Även vår SAS-flight den 28 mars blev inställd, och vi ringde och informerade även om detta. Vi anlände alltså först den 29 mars och sov bara en natt på hotellet. Vi blev förskräckta när vi upptäckte att hotellet dragit $2891 från vårt kort, i stället för avtalade $924, alltså mer än tre gånger så mycket! Hotellet lurade oss, helt enkelt. Varning utfärdas.

good place to sleep, not so much for existing there after sleeping.
Pros:

i liked the area, as well as the property being close to a subway station. the windows were beautiful and the room service was everyday which was nice.

Cons:

no microwave, closet, and we also had to ask them to empty the fridge. not set up for having leftover food, although we did stay in the cozy suite.

Beautiful hotel.

Cons:

Disappointed that I paid extra for a view, but only had a view of the neighboring building. If you are charging for a city view, you should be more explicit about what that means.

Cons:

Gym is quite underwhelming compared to the pictures available. Room cleaning is super basic. Lobby is a mess with people sitting there all day making the environment quite chaotic. Food available in the room is highly overpriced

Pros:

Everything was good, but not exceptional. The room was nice and spacious, and it was clean, but the windows were extremely dirty (it was on the back side of the building), and the door made a rather irritating noise due to air circulating underneath. The service was also okay — no complaints, but again, nothing exceptional. I didn’t feel that the staff went the extra mile to make guests feel more comfortable or well taken care of

Cons:

I would have appreciated a bar that was more accessible and available for guests. It was often difficult to find a place to sit for a cofee in the morning or enjoy a drink in the evenings because of the outside crowd. One night, on Saturday, there was a party in the lobby and, for my taste, it was simply too much. It felt like a crowded club — it was hard, if not impossible, to access the bar, and there was a strong smell of weed. It also seemed that there were more non-guests than actual hotel guests.

This hotel just makes me so happy when I stay here.
Pros:

I love the bathroom with a tub and the record player with the great records. The first night I stayed, I had a room with a shower and no record player, but I stayed at this hotel last year and had a room with a tub and a record player, so for the second night stay, I asked to be moved and the hotel staff kindly moved me to a tub room which was wonderful.

Both rooms were nice, but I prefer a tub to a shower and I really love the record player.

Cons:

I LOVE this hotel. Everything about this hotel I love. However, I really wanted to eat in the Japanese restaurant, but I couldn't eat 14 courses if I tried and have no interest in paying that much for a single meal for myself. I understand that being a solo traveler for business, may not be the majority of your clientelle, so it wouldn't be a deal breaker, but it was just the only disappointing thing that I encountered during my stay.

Felt cooler just by being here. Loved it.
Pros:

Very cool place with tons of character. The location is excellent and being right next to the station meant that everywhere felt close. Bagels downstairs were awesome.

Cons:

Too many remote workers on zoom calls in the lobby.
