Absolut empfehlenswert
Pros:

Die Suite war groß und gut ausgestattet. Die Raumaufteilung war interessant. Obwohl es nur 1 Zimmer war, konnte man Schlaf- und Aufenthaltsbereich mit einem Vorhang trennen. Parkplätze waren ausreichend vorhanden. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls absolut in Ordnung.

Cons:

Leider ließ sich das Fenster nicht öffnen. Wir haben auch eine Kochgelegenheit vermisst.

I will stay here again, but I will call directly to make sure I have the facilities I need

It was very convenient and it was dog friendly the rooms have everything you could want except a bathtub

Cons:

I didn’t like that they did not read my note. When I told them I was requiring a bathtub due to a disability. They never even read my message and all the rooms with bathtubs were already taken.

Would definitely stay here again!
Pros:

We stayed here on our way to Destin. The location was perfect. The staff were incredible! Breakfast was delicious.

Cons:

The room itself was a bit small for having a king bed plus a sofa sleeper.

Everything was great about the room!

The breakfast was great!!

I think it was because it was a crowded morning, but they ran out of hot food when we got there and had to wait till they brought out more!

Customer service is still alive in Tupelo, MS
Pros:

The staff was wonderful in the way they treated everyone: male or female, young or old, black, white or whatever race. They were patient in answering every single question kids around asked (apparently there was a school event, so there was an unusual number of kids there for a Thursday and Friday morning). I observed the scene silently and thought to myself: indeed this is people should be treated! If MS doesn’t have anything going for it they have this hotel and its staff.
