Over all this hotel was very nice. This will be one of the go to hotels as we travel.
Pros:

Very nice hotel. In a historical building, everyone very helpful.

Cons:

There was hair all over the floor in bathroom. Used a washcloth to rub on floor and there was a handful of hair on the wash cloth.

Beautiful hotel, delicious breakfast, spacious room
Pros:

Breakfast was delicious! The room size was the perfect size for our group of 5.

Cons:

With a group that size you’ll always need more toilet tissue. We had to call for that and more towels. The tv was along a wall making it impossible to watch from the bed.

The overall hotel itself.

Cons:

That when I booked I had a King suite but ended up with a two Queen bed suite.

Pros:

One of the best stays I’ve had at a hotel in months! Check in was easy. EVERY staff member I encountered went out of their way to be kind & courteous! The room was large with so many amenities! The breakfast buffet had many options. The cleanliness of this hotel is unmatched! This will be on my list next trip to Indy! THANK YOU!

Breakfast was delicious, room very clean. However, staff were rude. We requested more towels twice and we did not receive them. Parking was so expensive.
