Comfy Hotel in middle of old town in pretty old palazzo
Pros:

Good location. Rooms were big and had everything need. Good light as all rooms overlooked inner courtyard. Courtyard large and available for parking so convinient

No lifts so if have lots of bags a bit of effort to get large bags up two flights of stairs

Pros:

I lati positivi sono che la struttura è effettivamente centrale, quindi è comodo girare Novara a piedi da li. La camera è decisamente troppo spoglia ma pulita. Offre un servizio a pagamento con un ampio parcheggio in centro

Lati negativi:
la camera è quella che ci si potrebbe aspettare da un ostello in buona sostanza. Ha una rete con un letto, cuscini scomodissimi, nessun tipo di insonorizzazione ne verso la strada ne verso la parte interna dell'hotel/altre stanze. Muri scrostati o rovinati, bagno essenziale.
Diciamo che per essere un 3 stelle è deludente, inoltre il rapporto qualità/prezzo davvero scarso. La colazione ha scelta ma sono tutte cose confezionate (es torte o parte salata), caffe dalla macchinetta.
Non tornerei.

Odlična lokacija, zgodovinsko staro jedro, čudovit hotel s pridihom zgodovinske arhitekture.
Parking pred hotelom, odličen zajtrk.

Cons:

TV ni delal, sobna vrata v kopalnici se težko zapirajo.

Personale molto gentile; camera ok; colazione anche ok. Albergo di questa categoria al top! Bravi.
Pros:

È già la 4ta volta che alloggiamo in questo albergo. Il personale é gentile e il tutto funziona bene, senza complicazioni.

Cons:

Il late check-out die Eur 50 (ore 14:00) é troppo elevato; qui bastano veramente Eur 20.

La camera era troppo calda e ha disturbarto il sonno. Anche se ho regolato, la camera é rimasta sempre molto, troppo calda.
