Ótima localização e muito conforto!
Pros:

Excelente localização na cidade de Novara. Perto do centro, possibilidade de fazer tudo a pé. Recomendo vivamente para quem deseja deslocar-se a pé, fazendo caminhadas.

Pros:

La situation géographique est excellente si l'on veut visiter la ville à pied. L'endroit est calme et sécurisé. L'accès au parking est légèrement compliqué mais le parking lui-même est très bien. Le système de verrouillage des portes est correct, cela change des cartes électroniques.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuné est assez pauvre en choix et peu qualitatif à mon goût. Néanmoins, la machine à café/cappuccino est excellente.

Bon séjour dans l'ensemble sauf 2 bémols
Pros:

Emplacement très pratique : à 10min à pied de la gare, puis 40min de train pour aller à Milan.
Dans le centre de Novare, visite à pied possible de la ville. Parking de l'hôtel accessible sans passer par les ZTL (l'hôtel envoie avant la route à emprunter).
Chambre propre, spacieuse.
Très bon petit-déjeuner

Cons:

Mauvaise insonorisation
Fuite d'eau au niveau des WCs (un peu d'eau au sol présente) pendant nos 2 nuits à l'hôtel : nous avons prévenu l'accueil, qui nous a dit l'avoir pris en compte, mais rien n'a été fait. De plus, la fuite date car trace de calcaire dans les wcs où l'eau coulait.
Parking cher, 10€/nuit dans la cour de l'hôtel, mais fermé la nuit avec un code d'accès
