Meals and drinks were good value, apartment was excellent, taxi service was very efficient

We just got back from our stay here it was a beutifull apartment with beutifull views we were on the 7th floor which you should be aware you have to get 3 different elevators to reach your floor we had a child with us as did the other family we were travelling with so would of preferred a lower floor. When we arrived the receptionist told us that the main pool which has the pool bar and resturaunt attached would be closed the following day due to maintenence that there was another pool which was ok but didnt have a bar or resturaunt and it was a lot smaller and no kids part as it turned out the pool is closed for the next 2 weeks which is very dissapointing we should of been made aware of this prior to our stay or during check in as we would of stayed somewhere else you had to walk down a hill to get to the bar or resturaunt you could be gone 15 minutes and you had to get dressed to go down and be served there. the hotel was lovely but the hill to get to the hotel people should be aware how steep it is any mobility issues do not stay here a lot of hills and steps and all the elevators.

Todo me gustó todo desde el personal hasta el canto de los pajaros

Todo genial, nos ha encantado, el apartamento era grande, cómodo y tenía de todo, el jacuzzi en la terraza un puntazo. El personal encantadores y las instalaciones muy bien también con piscinas, tienda y bar/restaurante con vistas chulas.

Location is out of the way up a hill, felt like a true escape with amazing views. Staff were lovely, pool bar food and drinks were reasonable and very good. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was amazing! Pool was gorgeous!

Hemos contratado la residencia con Terraza y la verdad fue fantástico el agua del hidromasaje muy buena temperatura🌡️y espaciosa , muy limpia la verdad , las vistas del apartamento preciosas , en general muy cómodo con todo lo necesario utensilios de cocina , limpieza etc , para pasar unas buenas vacaciones la limpieza de la habitación muy buena , como también las instalaciones en muy buen estado tanto la piscina sus jardines del hotel como sus baños .el Jakussi de la piscina estaba genial , Nos encanto la tranquilidad de la zona y la paz que daba el recinto. Repetiremos sin duda me ha encantado a mí y a mi familia.

la piscina y el jacuzzi, las vistas son increíbles está cerca del Siam Mall, y en una zona tranquila sin duda volveremos.

Do not come here if you have any mobility issue.
Up a very steep hill, terraced (so 4 separate lifts to get from the shop / reception level to the top (9th) floor and another flight of steps down to the pool.
Ery close to Siam water park so there’s the constant noise of people screaming as they go down the slides.
Also while we were there, there was a major excavation going on just down the road so the sound of Jack-hammers from 9am to 6pm.
From reception level you either have to walk down 2 more flights of steps or walk road a very steep road (with no path) to get to the road/footpath, then a further 15 min walk down the hill and over the motorway bridge to get anywhere near any other life / the beach.
Room (1 bed apartment ) was mainly ok and kitchen is well appointed. Bathroom was cramped with shower over bath. A very aged multi jet shower with no power! Shower heads on the jets were minging and there was a crack in the bath (though it didn’t affect the function). Bath plug chain only just long enough so any movement pulled the plug out!
Note limited servicing of the room - bins emptied every day but only one clean and change of sheets and towels in a week. Limited to 1 pool towel too and you should pay 20 euro deposit for that too (get it back).
Expect to pay extra for electricity (23 Euros per week) too. Ridiculous that this is not included in the price you pay.

Staff and other amenities
Everyone seemed friendly and helpful. Shop open until 2pm is well stocked.
There are 2 big and 2 children’s pools but seems most guests only get access to 1 of each and sunbeds by the pool are in short supply.
On a plus point, the room terrace is huge (the entire roof of the apartment below) with 2 sunbeds, 2 lounging chairs, dining table and 4 chairs, 1 sun umbrella and small table.
