Pros:

There was a group of persons staying in two rooms. The used to keep their doors open and talk loudly all the time. Even in the garden, they used to laugh and shout at the top of their voice till late at night,thus disturbing other occupants. This made the first days stay uncomfortable.

The stay was good and comfortable.The staff was hospitable and the restaurant staff was courteous. However the overall service was a bit slow.

Very expensive hotel for the services offered!!
Pros:

Our stay was an utter disappointment. We couldn't wait to bail, leaving a full day early despite shelling out for 5 nights. When booking a longer hotel stay, we prioritize decent food, diverse amenities, and engaging activities. But this place bombed on all fronts! No à la carte menu, just a fixed disaster that made us question our life choices. Sure, the food tasted okay, but the meager, confined spread left us feeling famished. They didn't even bother to cater to kids' meals! The only saving grace? The location. If you're looking for a fleeting night's respite, go for it. Otherwise, steer clear!

Pros:

What I did not like was the fact that at 20K a night for a Superior room you got a pigeon hole.
However staff attitude was excellent they moved us to a better room, but in a budget hotel at no discounts, which was again dissapointing.
Hotels need to be more upfront. So see and book
