Pros:

The room was perfect for us. (Grandma, Mom, 2 children)
The room was clean, spacious and the beds were comfortable. It was a good size refrigerator and a nice little kitchen area . The grandkids loved the pool. The breakfast was good and plenty of choices.
I like the 11 am check out ( I don't feel rushed)

Cons:

We paid extra on wifi so grandkids could use their VR but after purchasing it, we still had to use our phones for connection. Not worth the purchase (slow and glitchy)
Breakfast bar was closed by 9:30. G.kids didn't wake up until around that time luckily I had grabbed an extra plate.
Overall a great experience.

Expectations by a loyal Hilton Honors member were not met
Pros:

Clean room and lobby / breakfast area, good location close to restaurants and shopping mall, speedy and large elevators, rather quiet, plenty of parking available.

Cons:

Check-in took a long time on a not so busy at nearly 11pm (we were the only ones in the lobby) since the person at the counter was by herself and got interrupted twice by incoming phone calls that each took a while to answer. It would have been easy for her to simply put the calls on hold and address the only live customer standing in front of her. Free hot chain hotel breakfast is never really good, but the food at this Home8 was cold, tasted stale, was difficult to access and was underwhelming overall.

I was disappointed with the lack of attention to my simple request. I never complain about anything.

2/10 won’t be booking this property I told the man/women that I mell weed and she brush off my response.

Overall Good Experience
Pros:

Location, cleanliness, facilities and overall value. I also appreciate that the property was pet friendly.
I also like that coffee and tea was always available. The weekday breakfast was 100% better than the weekend offering. On Monday I enjoyed the potato and leek pastry. Yummy!

Cons:

Overall, we loved the property and stay. The mattress was too hard and uncomfortable. Also, I did not like how the bathroom lights were connected to the main lights in the kitchen/living room.

Nice Hotel !
Pros:

The hotel was nice and clean and rooms were comfortable , breakfast was ok .

Cons:

Surprised the hotel rooms didn’t have Save box
Normally all hotels have one in their rooms .
I’m pretty sure I looked through the whole room
But it’s not a big deal in same time something to consider
