Pros:

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, we had to cut our stay short and they were very understanding, the hotel manager even offered a free transport!

Cons:

It is a pity they do not offer a buffet breakfast….

Heerlijk hotel vlakbij oude stad
Pros:

De ligging vlakbij de Medina en bij de leuke restaurants en winkels in het nieuwe gedeelte, het personeel - superaardig en behulpzaam, de mooie kamers, de rooftop en de heerlijke spa. En het ontbijt was top!

Pros:

Les chambres sont sublimes, le petit déjeuné est incroyable grâce aux formules proposées, et le personnel est très accueillant, très chaleureux, ils sont tous adorables !

Cons:

Le spa était le point un peu décevant. L’eau de la piscine devrait être plus chaude et une odeur d’humidité persiste.

Hôtel fabuleux et conforme à mes attentes
Pros:

L’hôtel a dépassé mes attentes, le personnel est très accueillant (merci à Ottmann pour sa gentillesse) et très professionnel , la qualité de la chambre et le service de l’hôtel ! Le petit déjeuner est excellent et un super spa !

Stay in Marakesh
Pros:

Nothing bad to say - good hotel, stylish rooms, indoor and outdoor swimming pools. Personnel is nice, friendly and helpful. Clean rooms. Location is nice, not too close to the city centre though, but the area is fantastic - not crowded, not load, very cosy, and actually city centre is in approx 20 mins walk.

Cons:

Quite dark rooms. We got room with the view to a neighbour house, it was that close that we could literally see everything what’s going on there, absolutely no privacy and not aesthetic. Breakfasts are boring after few days, not much to choose from the offered options. Sound isolation is quite bad, we could hear all neighbours around.
