I really enjoyed my stay at Jadali Hotel. The hotel is beautiful, modern and very clean, with a lovely atmosphere that makes you feel relaxed as soon as you arrive. I particularly liked the stylish décor and how comfortable the room was.
The staff were also one of the highlights of my stay. Everyone was friendly, welcoming and helpful, and the service was excellent throughout. I also really enjoyed the breakfast, and the spa facilities.
The location was another thing I liked because it was convenient for getting around and exploring Marrakech. Overall, I had a lovely experience at Jadali Hotel and would definitely consider staying there again.

This hotel never disappoints! Great location, wonderful staff, very clean, safe, delicious food and consistent service. This was my fourth visit and we were room upgraded with a surprise birthday cake. They have a wonderful spa and hammam. I never want to leave! Special thanks to Ayoub and Imane in the restaurant, Fatima in the spa and Josef and Widad at reception.
The hotel itself is flawless. Because its a popular area in central Marrakech, bear in mind there are late-night clubs and lots of traffic/activity at night until the small hours. On this visit, the rooftop pool was under renovation, which was a shame as there in the summer.
Well maintained property, good breakfast, amazing service and kind staff. Great location, very safe and short walk to get to most places.

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument exceptionnel au Jadali Hotel & Spa. Dès notre arrivée jusqu'à notre départ, tout a été parfaitement organisé. L'hôtel est magnifique, élégant, moderne et impeccablement entretenu. Les chambres sont spacieuses, très confortables et la propreté est irréprochable dans l'ensemble de l'établissement.
Je tiens à adresser une mention toute particulière à M. Youssef, Directeur de l'Hébergement, pour son professionnalisme exemplaire, son sens de l'accueil, son leadership et son attention constante aux moindres détails. Sa disponibilité, sa bienveillance et son engagement envers la satisfaction des clients font toute la différence et contribuent à rendre chaque séjour mémorable.
Un immense merci également à toute l'équipe du Front Office, toujours souriante, accueillante, réactive et d'une grande gentillesse. Chaque demande a été traitée avec efficacité et un véritable sens du service.
Je souhaite également féliciter chaleureusement toute l'équipe Housekeeping, qui réalise un travail remarquable. La chambre ainsi que les parties communes étaient d'une propreté irréprochable chaque jour. Leur discrétion, leur efficacité et leur souci du détail méritent d'être salués.
Enfin, un grand bravo à l'ensemble des collaborateurs de l'hôtel. We have been coming to Hotel Jadali & Spa with our family for many years, and every visit is just as wonderful as the last. This time, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which made our stay even more special. The hotel is beautiful, modern, spotless, and very comfortable. The breakfast is excellent, and the atmosphere is peaceful and luxurious. What truly makes this hotel exceptional is the staff. A heartfelt thank you to Widad, Mouna, and Rashid at the reception for always welcoming us with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. We would also like to thank Fatima and all the housekeeping ladies for keeping everything immaculate and for their warmth and respect. Every single member of the team makes us feel like valued guests, which is why we keep coming back year after year. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to our next stay.
The only area that could be improved is the gym. The air conditioning was not working during our stay, which made it uncomfortable to work out. Some of the fitness equipment is also showing its age and could benefit from being replaced or upgraded. Other than that, everything was excellent.
