Séjour très agréable
Pros:

Petit déjeuner exceptionnel. Personnel vraiment au top. Piscine du rooftop très agréable. SPA de grande qualité.

Cons:

Chambres très sombres y compris dans la salle de bain. Salle de sport mal entretenue avec la plupart des machines HS.

Exceptional experience! I had already stayed at this property before and returned with great pleasure, finding further confirmation of the excellent quality of service. The staff is always professional, kind, and attentive.

A special thank you to Aya, at the reception, for her extraordinary helpfulness and care, and to the entire restaurant staff for the kindness they showed me, especially following a minor accident I experienced.

An even more special thank you to the Restaurant General Manager, Jaouad Ed-Dajjany, for his exceptional professionalism, human sensitivity, and genuine attention towards me.

Authentic hospitality that truly makes a difference. Highly recommended!

Attentive staff. Fabulous relaxing hotel - thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay.
Pros:

It was very conveniently located to everywhere we wished to visit with a very short taxi ride and could even be walked if preferred. The room was extremely well kept daily via the housekeeping team and nothing was too much trouble. I advised that my husband was a coeliac (gluten free) prior to arrival and they advised they’d do their best to accommodate which made me slightly nervous however they couldn’t have been more accommodating. Breakfast for him was exceptional and they even put a 50th birthday cake in my room and ensured it was gluten free so we both could eat it. Beds were super comfy. Rooftop area was beautiful.

Cons:

The lifts for some reason were extremely slow which caused a considerable wait at busy times.

The hotel is modern, stylish and exceptionally clean, but what really makes it special is the amazing staff. Everyone is attentive, welcoming and genuinely caring.

A special thank you to Ahmed, the restaurant manager, and Yacine, who took such great care of our family and made our stay extra special. Their warmth and outstanding hospitality really stood out.

Unbelievable staff, the 10 goes for them.
Pros:

Amazing location, amazing food, amazing staff.

Cons:

No parking, but was a very safe area so it was okay to leave the motorbike on the street in front of the hotel.
