Overall I will say the hotel is good, but staff needs to be more confidence.
The hotel is OLD. Very dated in all aspects of construction and decor. But kept in good repair and very clean.
Personally, I love the quaintness of the entire experience. The staff are all extremely knowledgeable and polite! I feel at peace and at home here!
I would highly recommend for short or long term stays. One last note. Bring some mosquitos repellent just to be safe. There are not a lot of mosquitoes. But enough to get your attention. At least, the few I dealt with, got mine. Repellent made for comfortable night sleep.

I went for the top executive room, the hotel is clean and affordable but basic. Staff are lovely and have good customer service. Security is good and they changed the bed daily if you ask for it. The bathroom is rusty and dated. The water was cleaned and treated was pleased with this as it would have ruined my staff. They also have hot water. The breakfast was disappointing but for the price and the service thank you, will definitely stay again.
Our stay at the Korkdam has been pleasant with minor correctable things. Staff are very friendly, extremely helpful from the security, front desk, restaurant staff, and cleaning. Everyone should be considered for a raise. They have made our stay delightful. We appreciate them all greatly.
Could use a business center for guests to use and vending machines for late night snacks. But the staff are very welcoming and friendly.
The lifts and security access to the rooms are good. But the air conditioners are poorly maintained and some don't work at all.. breakfast is very average..stale bread wasnt nice BOTH days
Front dest staff are not friendly at all, no toilet paper in bathroom i have to call and ask for a toilet paper. Dirty towels with stains in them.
The Power and Internet not so stable but it’s a Ghana issue. Should consider getting solar panels.
