Zweckmässiges Hotel an zentraler Lage. Gerne wieder.
Cons:

An dem Stein um das Fenster (Hinter dem Vorhang) hatte es Schwarzen Schimmel. Diesen hatten wir leider erst am letzten Tag entdeckt.
Notfall-Informationen (Fluchtweg) im Zimmer fehlen.

A wondefrul cozy place in a truly beautiful spot
Pros:

A warm cozy place to stay at while exploring Porto. Relatively small hotel, very clean, nice looking comfortable room, friendly staff, decent breakfast. Perfect as comfortable accommodation for a few days while visiting the truly beautiful city. Generally; a nice place maintained by nice people. The FLH thing didn't feel gimmicky but rather authentic based on our interactions with the staff.

Ciutat amb molt d'ambient, una llum especial, perfecta per una sortida romàntica

El personal de l'hotel molt simpàtic, professional i en tot moment atent a qualsevol necessitat d'informació. La ubicació perfecta, al centre al costat de l'església de Sant Francesc, i a pocs metres del barri de la Ribeira. L'habitació que ens han donat era molt àmplia, amb molt d'espai, i a sobre amb finestra davant del riu. Esmorzar molt complet amb productes locals i de molt bona qualitat.

Cons:

Hem viatjat en cotxe, i al centre de Porto és molt complicat aparcar. Els aparcaments són bastant cars i l'hem tingut que deixar a uns 2 km de l'hotel. La nota positiva és que no necessites el cotxe per moure't per la ciutat, així que el vam aparcat quan vam arribar, fins l'últim dia que vam marxar. Aconsellable deixar-lo en zona blava per la nit (gratis) el dia abans de marxar, i així es poden carregar les maletes sense tenir que caminar.

Good hotel and well positioned for a stay in Porto, would stay again

The breakfast was good-

Cons:

Initially our room that we booked with a landmark view was of a church entrance- we anticipated a view of the river, and kindly they swapped the room out. We may not have seen options other than landmark or city when booking, could be made clearer as to what a land mark view is?

Handles on cups needed. Plugs on walls as kettle had to be put on the floor and presents a healthy and safety issue. Blanket option needed for people who feel the cold
