Taxi / u er drop off and pick up point is on main road , meaning that we had to drag suitcases up a cobbled street for a short distance

Pros:

Very clean rooms, great location, helpful friendly staff. The complimentary afternoon team was a nice touch.

Cons:

The bathroom was in the middle of the room with only frosted glass walls to separate it from the bedroom, which was odd.

Friemdly and flexible staff, spacious room with great river views and a great location.
Pros:

Friendly and very helpful staff. Lovely room and great view. Breakfast was superb and the snacks on offer were also wonderful.

Cons:

Pillows were a little soft and lumpy.

Excellent service and comfortable room in central location.
Pros:

Central location, really friendly welcome, with an offer of port and cake. The room was as described and perfectly comfortable. As we had an early start on leaving the staff kindly made us each a sandwich to take with us. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby.

川のすぐ側で景色が綺麗。朝食もバラエティ豊かで美味しい。スタッフも親切でフレンドリー。英語が通じる。部屋の家具も、木目調で可愛らしく落ち着く。

Pros:

This hotel was incredible- perfect location and fantastic staff- so helpful and friendly. Will recommend to family and friends-,we did not want to leave!!!!!

Great location for walking and touring Porto, and extremely helpful and friendly staff.
Pros:

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Especially Isabella!

Cons:

No easy way to get in the front door with luggage (you have to go up stairs) if your driver, like ours, dropped us off on the street below. He said he couldn’t drive in, there was a barricade

Short but nice stay in Porto
Pros:

Location of the hotel is perfect. Close to everything but in a quiet area. Perfect view of the river and bridge, and restaruants are close.
