I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The food was delicious, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the view was fantastic. The buffet offered a wide variety of tasty options, and the room was very comfortable and clean. The location was perfect close to everything I needed. Overall, everything was excellent, and I’d rate this hotel a perfect 10/10. Highly recommended!

The system regarding adding room service or breakfast to your room was a bit odd, especially for it being an international hotel. Sometimes you can add things to the room with no problems, other times the hotel staff member in charge of breakfast/room service would get very panicked about the charge and demand it should be paid immediately.
We didn't take breakfast with the room as we weren't sure about our agenda, and upon arrival asked the front desk if you can add it as we feel like it, he said yes and said we can just inform the staff at breakfast and they will add the charge to the room and we pay when we check out. As mentioned above the 2 mornings we tried this, it turned into a panicked unsure situation from the staff member in charge of breakfast service. Same with order room service for dinner 2 times.
The last evening we returned to the hotel at about 10pm, got ready for bed and at about 11pm got a call from reception that we needed to come down to reception to settle our account for the breakfast. I asked if we could just settle when we checked out the next morning as discussed upon arrival regarding extra charges sine we were already in bed and it was late, the person at the front seemed very hesitant but agreed.
The next morning as we checked out the person at the front desk acted very worried when he had to give me the room charge. It wasn't a large amount as we had already settle most of the charges because the staff were so panicked. I didn't really understand all the dramtics around this lol. We paid the outstanding balance and the front desk staff member automatically relaxed, it felt like going into some very serious business negotiations.
