It was amazing
Pros:

The room had a nice view, everything was impeccable, clean and comfortable

Я делаю выбор в пользу этого отеля последние 5 лет и рекомендую и привожу сюда коллег и знакомых. Но последние два года постоянно что то ухудшается. Мелкие детали. Где-то не до конца убрали, чуть чуть не домыли в номере. Салат на завтраке плохо промыт и тд.
Но в этот раз побили рекорд, заселили в номер с полной мусоркой в ванной комнате!
Пожалуй, это мой последний раз в этом отеле.
В Стамбуле очень большой выбор.

J'ai fait souffrir le monsieur de la réception à mon arrivée tardive vers minuit comme j'ai trouvé ma réservation sauf que booking n'a pas payé mon séjour sachant que booking a débité le montant de mon compte ,je lui ai même montré mon relevé bancaire avec le prélèvement en question et que ma réservation a été confirmée. Et à ma grande déception je trouve un autre e-mail où booking déclare avoir un problème pour donner suite à cette réservation.....j'ai payé cette nuitée et le lendemain le problème est toujours là et j'ai payé deux autres nuitées plus chers.
Et après j'étais remboursé par booking deux jours après avec € 30 de moins pourquoi???
Et aussi le deuxième jour j'ai bien retenu le prénom de la dame AYSE qui était aussi très accueillante et aussi très professionnel qui m'a accordée un bon moment jusqu'au début d'après midi pour régler et bien sûr ma valise était au consigne et pas dans la chambre choses que je n'ai jamais vécu bref.
Sachant que ce n'est pas la première fois que je réserve dans c'est hôtel.
En général merci un grand merci pour tout le personnel qui était très coopérant.
