Great location, lovely modern rooms

Cons:

Lovely hotel but staff all over the place. I paid on booking.com, but the hotel took two incidentals off my card, for $ 677 and $500. After I complained the cancelled one but only after I’d finished my stay. Also I received my final bill from them while staying there (after I left) charging me all the costs and extras for my room again despite me having paid booking.com. I have sent them a message and awaiting reply while $500 remains pre authorised on my card. I don’t know if this is the norm in the US but very confusing.

Pros:

Did not like the accommodations did not like the way I was treated by the staff at the front desk it would probably last time go into this property.

Cons:

Had to wait for towels call the front desk a couple of times for questions on places to eat no one would pick up the front desk.

It was close to everything very convenient!

Cons:

We had to use two different elevators just to get to our room. On the last day we finally found an elevator that went to the room in one trip

Love Clearwater, love booking.com but this hotel will not see us again.
Pros:

Property was clean, facing the water.

Cons:

Charging $100/day for incidentals was unreal. I understand it is returned if nothing is charged to your room but that was a bit much. Website only says $100, not per day. Ridiculous! Then extra $47 for”taxes” on top of what Booking quoted for price that taxes and fees were already added. No car by the way.

The price i rsvp on Book.com is different from being charged once i stay. If it was $190/ night at the time i rsvp, i would have rsvp different hotel for that price.

The comfort of the bed.

Cons:

It seemed overpriced for so little included. The pool closes way too early. And they don't tell you how much the deposit will be until you arrive, and it ended up taking half of our money, so we barely had enough to do everything we had planned for our anniversary. And breakfast is not included. Breakfast was basically things that other hotels would have complimentary with your stay, except for the meat and cheese board.
