Great location for exploring The Kangaroo Valley region.
The courtyard is pretty.

Cons:

Motel type service. This is a quite expensive hotel, at $345 per night. There was limited staff and no breakfast available Monday to Wednesday on site. We were given a voucher to eat at the local Cafe, which was quite nice. We booked a studio room with a balcony. The staff chose to put us next to the lifts, despite the hotel being very under occupied, so this was not very considerate. The room was adequate, but there is limited storage and the bathroom is tiny. For a hotel of this price, I would expect a pod coffee machine or better quality products, not Nescafe and Lipton yellow label sachets.
The pool area is a bit shabby, futniture is abit dirty and some loungers are broken. The hotel has not been maintained and overall starting look dirty and tired in places. The main ground covering is tiled and they have not been swept or mopped for some time. The lift was quite dirty too . Breakfast was available on site on our check out day. The food was good quality.

Mon séjour au Wildes Kangaroo Valley a été tout simplement parfait. Si vous cherchez un endroit calme, beau et relaxant, vous ne pouvez pas mieux choisir !
L’environnement est d’une tranquillité incroyable, idéal pour se ressourcer loin du bruit de la ville. Le design du lieu est magnifique, alliant élégance, confort et style, on se sent immédiatement bien dès l’arrivée.
La chambre est vraiment spacieuse, presque comme un mini studio d’appartement, avec tout l’espace nécessaire pour se détendre ou travailler confortablement. C’est rare de trouver un hébergement où l’on se sent aussi à l’aise et chez soi.
Et que dire du personnel… adorable, toujours présent, à l’écoute et prêt à aider pour chaque petite demande. Leur gentillesse a vraiment rendu mon séjour encore plus agréable.
L’emplacement est également parfait : on ne peut pas être plus central, tout en profitant de la sérénité du lieu. C’est vraiment un endroit idéal pour découvrir Kangaroo Valley et se reposer entre deux escapades.
Je recommande ce lieu à 100 % à tous ceux qui veulent combiner beauté, confort, tranquillité et accueil exceptionnel 💛

We enjoyed our stay so much we tried to alter our schedule for another night but couldn't.
Pros:

Our room was perfect. We had a small balcony and a free bottle of wine to drink as we watched the sky pick up sunset colors. Access via the underground parking garage was simple and safe. The location in the middle of town afforded great walking opportunities. Our stay was quiet, peaceful, and restful. The creative use of the landscape in designing the hotel was very much appreciated.
